L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être meilleur : calme et privé, mais à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la belle plage de sable d'Alcudia. Ici, vous pourrez profiter au maximum du soleil, de la mer et du style de vie méditerranéen.
La maison dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. Une grande piscine d'eau salée avec 8 chaises longues vous invite à vous détendre, tandis que la terrasse couverte avec une table à manger en bois crée les conditions idéales pour profiter de soirées agréables en plein air.
À l'intérieur, vous trouverez un salon et une salle à manger lumineux avec balcon, une cuisine entièrement équipée et quatre chambres accueillantes. Deux des chambres ont des lits doubles, les autres ont des lits simples, parfaites pour les familles ou les groupes. A beautiful villa well equipped. We were a family of 8 ranging from 3 to 70 years old and this villa had everything we needed. The pool was a really good size. The bbq was a great bonus too. With a living room and balcony at the front of the propertyplus
A beautiful villa well equipped. We were a family of 8 ranging from 3 to 70 years old and this villa had everything we needed. The pool was a really good size. The bbq was a great bonus too. With a living room and balcony at the front of the property plus a patio at the back by the pool there was plenty of outside places to relax. You will definitely need mosquito repellent in the summer months, but the villa is equipped with plug ins and candles. We took extra and needed them due to the proximity to the canal at the back. We would definitely stay again if we visited this part of the world.

The property was close to a big supermarket and great Cafe. Turn left down the road. For great restaurants turn right. We made the mistake of walking for miles the first 2 nights. The pool is beautiful and clean. The outdoor dining space was fabulousplus

The utility space was great and provided detergent for washing. Cutlery upstairs and downstairs made it very easy to dine whenever we wanted. The hosts were lovely and brought a delicious pastry for us on the second day. You will have neighbours whilst staying here, but ours were pleasant. We would highly recommend staying g here but bring bug spray!!

The villa is set in a nice quiet part of Alcúdia but within a short walk of nice restaurants and bus stops for either direction within a 5 minute walk. Supermarket Eroski just 5 minutes away whose prices are reasonable. The owners as always were very accommodating, polite and popped in a lovely pastry treat mid week. Only issue we had was the air con unit in the upstairs main bedroom was leaking and took until Wednesday to sort. Not the owners fault as parts take time but we felt a lack of communication from the agent regarding updates and felt we had to do the chasing. If you’re looking for the perfect villa in Alcúdia then this is the one for you! |

The house has plenty of space and is so well furnished with 2 kitchens, a brilliant sized pool and very private surroundings. We loved how secure the property was and the layout was great. The house was spotless and looked even better than the photosplus

The area is great, the beach is genuinely 3 mins walk away and there’s lots of food spots, shops, bike rentals and activities in very close proximity.

The villa is as described, it was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great for beaches and there is a supermarket less than 5 min away as well as cafes close by. The bus from the airport also stops very close! Communication was good and check in was very straightforward. I would definitely recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful week 😊

Die Lage war perfekt (Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt und Strand direkt vor der Haustür), die Wohnung top ausgestattet (funktionierende Klimaanlage, gute Dusche, prima Föhn, alles an Küchenutensilien) und die Vermieter super freundlich. Wir haben von ihnen sowohl einen liebevoll hergerichteten Korb mit frischem Obst, Sekt, Milch, Keksen und Wasser als Willkommenspräsent als auch zwischendurch ein riesiges Dessert frisch vom Bäcker erhalten. Das Ehepaar war außerdem total hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Der Pool wurde zwei mal die Woche gereinigt und mit frischem Wasser gefüllt. Der Service war schnell und gründlich. Alles in allem ein angenehmer und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen :)

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Dort befanden sich alle Dinge, die man für das alltägliche Leben brauchte. Die Klimaanlagen auf den Zimmern funktionierte einwandfrei. Wenn etwas kaputt ging/war, waren die Gasplus
Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Dort befanden sich alle Dinge, die man für das alltägliche Leben brauchte. Die Klimaanlagen auf den Zimmern funktionierte einwandfrei. Wenn etwas kaputt ging/war, waren die Gastgeber direkt am nächsten Tag mit Ersatz ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief über den Sprach-Übersetzer auf dem Handy des Gastgebers und war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Zur Ankunft bekamen wir einen Präsentkorb, in dem sich beispielsweise Wein und Obst befanden. Wer anfällig für Mückenstiche ist, sollte sich gut vorbereiten: hinter der Unterkunft befindet sich ein stehendes Gewässer und am Abend muss man mit sehr vielen Mücken rechnen. Der traumhafte Strand von Alcudia war innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft in jedem Fall empfehlen.

The front balcony dining area is perfect for breakfast. Surrounded by tennis courts, and only 2 streets away from thr beach area. Large lake at side of property at end of the road. Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft mit 7 Männern untergebracht und hatten eine super Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es war genügend Bettzeug/Handtücher etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch an Küchenutensilien stand wirklich alles zur Verfügung was maplus
Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft mit 7 Männern untergebracht und hatten eine super Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es war genügend Bettzeug/Handtücher etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch an Küchenutensilien stand wirklich alles zur Verfügung was man braucht. Es gab einen Begrüßungskorb mit frischem Obst, Wasser und 2x Sixpack Bier. Zusätzlich gab es auch für den Grill am Pool Kohle. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber und es gab ausreichend Liegen für alle. Das Meer sowie nähere Restaurants sind in weniger als 5-10 Minuten super einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Besitzer kam auch einmal morgens als wir frühstückten und hat sich nach unserem Wohl erkundet. Dieser war wirklich sehr nett. Die Kommunikation und Check-in sowie Check-out liefen auch reibungslos. Auch der angebotene Shuttle-Service der Unterkunft vom Flughafen Palma bis zur Unterkunft war preiswert und zu empfehlen. Selbst ein Tagesauflug zum Ballermann war entspannt per Shuttle möglich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. 10/10

En pénétrant dans la maison, vous découvrirez un intérieur moderne et lumineux. Le salon, avec ses deux canapés, la télévision satellite et une table de salle à manger pour 8, se connecte harmonieusement au jardin à travers des portes doubles. La cuisine, également avec un accès à l'extérieur, est conçue pour répondre à tous vos besoins, avec un espace intime pour des petits-déjeuners spéciaux.
Au rez-de-chaussée, une salle de bain avec baignoire et deux chambres vous accueillent, offrant des options pour tous les goûts avec un lit de mariage et deux lits individuels. À l'étage supérieur, une autre salle de bain avec baignoire et deux chambres supplémentaires avec deux lits individuels, dont l'une avec accès à une terrasse privée, complètent le refuge. Tous les espaces sont équipés de la climatisation, garantissant un repos réparateur.

Visitez la Villa Vallespir à Alcudia pour des vacances mémorables. Excellente maison de deux étages avec grand jardin, table de ping-pong, barbecue et à quelques mètres de la célèbre plage d'Alcudia.
Villa Vallespir est répartie dans un grand jardin équipé de transats pour se reposer et prendre le soleil, ainsi qu'une douche extérieure pour se rafraîchir, profitez du soleil majorquin de la meilleure des manières. La maison dispose d'un barbecue parfait pour les amateurs de grillades situé à l'extérieur et d'une table pour dîner en plein air. De plus, une fantastique zone de chillout pour se détendre.
De même, il dispose d'une terrasse couverte meublée qui se connecte directement au salon-salle à manger.
