Ce charmant logement se trouve dans une zone résidentielle très calme, à Puerto de Alcudia, à quelques minutes à pied de la magnifique et célèbre plage aux eaux cristallines.
L'appartement dispose de deux terrasses, une à l'avant et une à l'arrière, toutes deux meublées avec deux hamacs et une table pour 4 personnes, afin de profiter du beau temps à Majorque et de pouvoir mener une vie en plein air. De plus, il appartient à un complexe avec une grande piscine communautaire avec un tremplin et une grande zone d'herbe. La piscine est ouverte de mars à novembre. Dans le logement, vous trouverez des serviettes de bain ainsi que des serviettes de piscine.
La maison dispose d'un grand salon-salle à manger très lumineux, car il donne directement sur l'une des terrasses. La cuisine est intégrée au salon, ce qui rend le logement très accueillant. De plus, il y a deux chambres avec un lit de couple, dont l'une a un accès direct à la deuxième terrasse, et une salle de bain.
Sans aucun doute, Avus est une option parfaite pour des vacances incroyables dans le nord de Majorque sans avoir besoin de louer une voiture, car de bons bars et restaurants ainsi que des supermarchés se trouvent dans les rues environnantes.

We had a wonderful time staying here. We had a spacious bedroom each with comfortable double beds, which is quite unusual for the price. The apartment had everything to spend time home from home with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom, and cplus
We had a wonderful time staying here. We had a spacious bedroom each with comfortable double beds, which is quite unusual for the price. The apartment had everything to spend time home from home with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom, and comfy sofa. The aircon was really efficient too.The outside terraces were great as I have some mobility issues and it's all on one level, with lovely new sunbeds, umbrella and large table and bbq. The kind host provided a few items like milk, wine, juice and cake to tide us over till we went to the shop. The pool is brilliant, it was a nice temperature and in a great location to pop in and out to cool off as the weather was so hot. The area is brilliant for the beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, but set back enough to be quiet and peaceful. The buses run from the bottom of the road along to the old town and a variety of other destinations, including the airport. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend this brilliant apartment.

An abrasive sponge for washing up would be useful and a couple more loo rolls!

The apartment building is conveniently located within a stone' s throw to the beach, in a guiet leafy area. Our apartment was on the ground floor, spacious and clean, with a well- equipped kitchen ( thanks for the nespresso capsule coffee machine!) Iplus

We could eat outside on a small patio and take the sun there. The only drawback are the non- existent mosquito nets...you can always do with them! ..and we were hoping for some spare rubbish bin satchelsa roll of toilet paper...we got it in the nearby Lidl, though. Otherwise our stay was great and we really took a rest

The only cons, its would benefit from a new fridge as it was very noisy and made funny sounds throughout the night and two slightly better beds. Certainly not awful but for the price of the apartment I think that is a worthy investment / upgrade.

We came out of season so the beach bars were closed but we didn't mind the walk up to the port, which takes 15-20 minutes. We requested an early check in but there was someone staying before us. Antonio messaged us as soon as the apartment was ready so we didn't have to wait until 4pm. |
