Das Apartment ist schön geräumig und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie ein Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Hafen von Alcúdia. Da es sich im 4. OG befindet ist auch abends, wo aufgrund der zentralen Lage von den Restaurants und Bars ein gewisse Lautstärke hinausgeht, nichts im Apartment zu hören.
Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie auch die Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen. |

The location was excellent and the accommodation was clean and comfortable with very good air conditioning. The property did not have its own parking but this was not a problem as there was a large free car park a few minutes away.

Clean and tidy apartment, slightly dated interior but included all amenities described and expected. Very well situated with plenty of great restaurants close by. Check in process was clear and easy. Would choose to stay in this property again.

Prima locatie. Wifi werkt perfect. Wel wat herrie van het restaurant wat op de boulevard zit maar super mooi uitzicht. Je zit op de 4de etage. Slaapkamers zijn aan de andere kant dus daar is het stil. Het was super schoon en echt alles aanwezig wat jplus

Lift werkt prima. Binnen gekomen met key code.verder niemand gezien. Wel een telefoonnummer/ emailadres voor vragen waar snel op gereageerd word. Kantoor zit ook in Alcudia. Vlakbij een grote parkeerplaats. Als deze vol is even doorrijden richting de haven waar de cruiseschepen aankomen. Daar zijn er nog een paar.

De elektriciteit die je gebruikt word achteraf berekend via de borg. Een van de drie slaapkamers heeft geen ramen. Via Wifi op een laptop tv gekeken. Geen smart tv.

An improvement suggestion is to buy a vacuum cleaner for the apartment. I think we dragged a lot of sand that we couldn't remove with a broom.And we like to leave apartments in the same condition in which we find them.

We didn't have any problems with the Wifi and everyone (including two teenagers) was able to download and and use the internet as required.

This apartment on the 4th floor has a lift. It was presented in a clean condition. There was milk, water, fruit and wine provided, unfortunately we did not manage to drink the wine. Location is perfect with shops and restaurants all around. For cycliplus

Location is perfect with shops and restaurants all around. For cyclists the apartment is perfect to access all the amazing routes and Pollensa close by. There are restaurants below the flat which can be a tad noisy but we enjoyed the buzz of being on the port and people watching. Ristaurante La Cabana staff below got quite friendly with us and called us the “Vecinos”. There is no pool but it’s right next to the be beach. Loved our stay and would happily return.

The apartment itself is very big with three good size bedrooms and everything you need. The lounge and dining area is beautiful and full of character - it also shares the amazing view. The apartment is really well equipped with a fab welcome pack and all you need to keep things clean. Check in is easy. Parking is easy in surrounding side streets. Check out is dead easy - lock up and leave Agents were excellent - super helpful

Ici, il sera impossible de ne pas se déconnecter pendant vos vacances ! Le centre historique d'Alcudia est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Vous pourrez profiter de délicieux barbecues sur la terrasse couverte avec vue sur la mer ou vous détendre sur l'un des transats.
La vaste salle de séjour, ouverte sur la cuisine, est équipée de la climatisation, de la télévision par satellite et du WiFi. De plus, la salle de séjour dispose d'une autre table et de chaises pour manger à l'intérieur, si vous le souhaitez.
L'appartement est équipé pour 6 personnes. Il est propre, confortable et a un style bien soigné. Il se répartit sur un seul étage avec trois chambres, deux avec des lits doubles et l'autre avec deux lits individuels. Deux salles de bains avec des douches rendent votre séjour beaucoup plus agréable.
