The house is distributed over two floors with space for 4 people. Enjoy outdoor meals on the beautiful covered terrace with barbecue. Sunbeds in the charming garden will allow you to tan under the Mallorca sun. Outdoor shower where you can refresh and remove sand when you arrive from the beach, you can dry yourself with one of the beach towels included in the accommodation. Spacious living-dining room with wifi and Smart TV connected to the outdoor area and kitchen.

All air-conditioning remotes but one had empty(used) batteries. We didn’t use air-conditioning, so it was not a problem - just a note for you. |

They awaited our arrival with cold wine and water and fruits, which was very good for us after the long flight. The sea is a 1-minute walk away. Shops and restaurants are everywhere nearby. Lage top, Strand zu Fuss in 5min. erreichbar. Privatsphäre im Garten. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Klimaanalage in jedem Zimmer separat gesteuert. Es waren sogar 2 Sonnenschirme für den Strand vorhanden. Die Musik vom Nachbsee more

This property offers a unique opportunity to make the most of your holidays in Mallorca. It is located in the north of the island, just a few metres from the incredible and famous Alcudia Port beach.
Despite being in a strategic location, surrounded by the best restaurants and supermarkets in the area, it remains a very quiet house, due to its proximity to the river, which provides exceptional tranquillity to the property.
It is a terraced house with a private pool (4m x 2m), in addition to a communal one, on a terrace with everything you need: a fantastic barbecue with its tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor life and sunbeds to sunbathe. The pool has a safety fence to protect the little ones.
The terrace connects to the house through large windows that facilitate the entry of light on the ground floor of the house, where there is a beautiful living-dining room, a toilet and an independent kitchen, fully equipped.
On the first floor are the three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a bunk bed, as well as the two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. This first floor also has a furnished terrace with incredible views of the lake and the mountain.
