This beautiful holiday home is located in a small residential area in Pollença Bay, near the beach on the outskirts of the already well-known and beautiful town of Alcudia.
The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool of 10m x 4m with the option to heat the water for a small additional cost, ideal for enjoying it in all seasons of the year. Around the pool there are several areas: a sunbed area for sunbathing, a grass area, a barbecue area with table and chairs in the shade, and a porch at the entrance to the house, also carefully furnished by the owner. Additionally, the roof offers another area where you can also sunbathe with more privacy and without anyone disturbing you.
In the house you will find a dining room with plenty of light and a very comfortable sofa, an independent fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.
All rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating as well as wifi connection.

We had a very relaxing holiday because we could sunbathe by the pool and the area was wonderfully peaceful. Being in Alcudia was a great advantage, as the nearby beaches are beautiful and it’s the perfect place for walking and exploring.

Ca Na Serrieta is a beautiful house in the historic centre of Alcudia, near the historic city walls. This house is completely renovated and located in the heart of the old town of Alcudia, just a few steps from its medieval walls and the local life offered by this emblematic Mallorcan village. A charming town a few kilometres from the coast.
This traditional Mallorcan house has a spacious terrace on the upper floor with four sun loungers, a "cocktail corner" and a shower, where you can refresh yourself after sunbathing and enjoy an aperitif. Another terrace on the ground floor is furnished with a dining table and a grill, where you can enjoy a large barbecue. There is a common room where you can play board games or table football.
