The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool of 10m x 4m with the option to heat the water for a small additional cost, ideal for enjoying it in all seasons of the year. Around the pool there are several areas: a sunbed area for sunbathing, a grass area, a barbecue area with table and chairs in the shade, and a porch at the entrance to the house, also carefully furnished by the owner. This house is completely renovated and located in the heart of the old town of Alcudia, just a few steps from its medieval walls and the local life offered by this emblematic Mallorcan village.
