Distributed over three floors for greater comfort and privacy if traveling with friends or family, almost all rooms in this house have sea views. In addition, this property has the luxury of having a spectacular terrace with impressive views of the sea and the wonderful Mediterranean coast. Relax under the Mallorca sun on the two comfortable sunbeds at your disposal and refresh yourself in its wonderful sea, just a few meters from this house you can enjoy a dip at any time of the day!
The terrace also has a table for 6 people and a barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends, offering the possibility of having breakfast, lunch and dinner with sea views in a relaxing atmosphere characteristic of Son Serra de Marina.
In the front part of the house, we find a cosy furnished porch where you can enjoy the coolness on summer nights. Once we access the interior of the house, on the ground floor is located the large and bright living-dining room connected to the rear terrace, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary and also with sea views. On the first floor are located two of the bedrooms, one of them equipped with a double bed, sea views and a small terrace, while the other bedroom has two single beds, and the bathroom located on this floor has a wonderful and spacious bathtub in which to relax after a hard day of enjoying holidays. The third bedroom is located on the basement floor, which has two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the other hand, in the basement floor you will also find a table football and a games area. Everything one needs to enjoy every moment of their holidays!
The house is equipped with air conditioning in the double room and in the dining room (cold and heat) and, during the winter months, you will be able to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, everything thought out so that it is impossible to feel cold in winter and heat in summer.
The village of Son Serra de Marina has magnificent restaurants where you can enjoy excellent meals near the beach while breathing the sea breeze. Experience the pleasure of walking on the sand of the incredible beach of Son Serra de Marina, it is an ideal spot to start excursions, enjoy nature and, of course, the sea.

It is a charming house with lots of light, equipped for 6 people. In the house you will find two large terraces, one on the roof, where you can enjoy relaxing moments on the 3 sun loungers. Another large terrace is located in the typical Mallorcan patio of the house and is equipped with a table with 6 chairs and a barbecue.
There is a spacious living and dining room with comfortable armchairs, as well as a large wooden table for 6 people and a large television. The kitchen, which will be completely renovated from spring 2025, is fully equipped, with oven and dishwasher, among others. The beds in the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses. Disconnect during your holiday at the accommodation "Ca Sa Tati", a spacious and well-maintained apartment located in an exceptional area. This spacious accommodation with sea views is situated on the seafront, next to the small port of Son Serra de Marina.
Endowed with an extensive terrace where you always have the option between sun and shade. The terrace extends 180º around the house, where you can find four sun loungers, a dining table, an outdoor shower and, of course, a barbecue. On the terrace you can enjoy an exclusive dinner with views and the sea breeze.
Through a small door, you can directly access the Seafront Promenade, the sailors and the small Nautical Club in front of the house. To the left of the house is the natural beach of Ses Escorxes and where Son Serra ends in the east, a sandy beach of almost 2 kilometres opens up with an idyllic and protected dune landscape behind.
The house has a living room open through wide windows to the terrace, so the living room is very bright and is equipped with air conditioning for the hottest days. In the living room we find a table for six diners, where they can gather as a family to eat, have dinner or have fun with board games.
The accommodation, with capacity for six people, has three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning in each of them on the ground floor. It has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray, one of them is inside one of the bedrooms so it is an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen, in a hatch, joins with the living room allowing a common environment, moreover, it is fully equipped. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, as well as the living room.
Until today, Son Serra de Marina is a secret spot for locals. Even in the middle of summer there are not too many people and it is a unique place with buildings no higher than two floors and surrounded by nature reserves.
