Can Paris is a beautiful house with a special charm in a quiet area just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina. It is a charming house with lots of light, equipped for 6 people. In the house you will find two large terraces, one on the roof terrace, where you can enjoy relaxed moments on the 3 sun loungers. Another large terrace is located in the typical Mallorcan courtyard (patio) of the house and is equipped with a table with 6 chairs and a barbecue. There is a spacious living and dining room with comfortable armchairs as well as a large wooden table for 6 people and a large TV. The kitchen, which will be completely renovated in spring 2025, is fully equipped, including an oven and a dishwasher. The beds in the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses. There are two double bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower next to the rooms and another renovated bathroom with a shower on the ground floor terrace. The living room and two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The bedroom with the bunk bed is connected to the double bedroom by a curtain and can therefore be cooled as well. It also has a ceiling fan. WIFI and two TVs are available: a smart TV in the living room and another in the double bedroom. The holiday home is located in Son Serra de Marina, a village known for its large beach and coastal area. The village has excellent restaurants where you can enjoy meals near the beach and feel the sea breeze. Experience the pleasure of walking on the sand of the incredible beach of Son Serra. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to enjoy nature and of course the sea. If you want a sun and sea holiday, this is your accommodation. Pets are allowed on request.

This expansive accommodation with sea views is situated on the promenade next to the small port of Son Serra de Marina. It has an extensive terrace where you always have the choice between sun and shade. The terrace extends 180º around the house, where you can find four sun loungers, a dining table, an outdoor shower and, of course, a barbecue. On the terrace you can enjoy an exclusive dinner with views and the sea breeze. Through a small door, you have direct access to the promenade, sailors, and the small Yacht Club in front of the house. To the left of the house is the natural beach of Ses Escorxes, and where Son Serra ends in the east, a nearly 2-kilometer-long sandy beach opens up with an idyllic and protected dune landscape. The living room is open to the terrace through large windows, making it very bright and equipped with air conditioning for hotter days. In the living room there is a table for six people, where you can get together as a family for lunch, dinner or board games. The accommodation, which houses six people, has three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning in each one, on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, with one of them being en suite. The kitchen, with an arched window connected to the living room, creating a shared atmosphere, and is fully equipped. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, as is the living room. Up to now, Son Serra de Marina is a local hidden gem. Even in the height of summer, it is not too crowded, and it is a unique place with buildings no taller than two floors and surrounded by natural reserves.
