Enjoy a relaxing holiday at Es Xalet, an apartment near the sea for 6 people located in the beautiful coastal village of Can Picafort.
The exterior area has a furnished terrace at the entrance of the house where you can have breakfast peacefully while feeling the morning breeze. At the back, you will find a portable barbecue where you can cook a delicious dinner. In addition, you can enjoy views of the street or the garden through its long balcony that goes around the entire apartment.
This cosy apartment is distributed in a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning where you can relax on its comfortable sofas while watching your favourite programmes on television or sharing conversations. In addition, it is connected to a spacious dining room where you can eat, as it is next to a large fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to create great recipes.
On the same floor, you will find three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and another with single beds, ideal for families and friends who want to share wonderful holidays. There is an air conditioning unit in the hallway. Additionally, just next to them are the bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
Its idyllic location allows you to access trade and leisure areas: shops, cafés, restaurants and establishments where you can purchase typical local products. The beach, with crystal-clear waters, is just a 5-minute walk away and you can stroll along its extensive promenade. Its strategic location will allow you to see the beautiful sunrises and get to know other beaches such as Muro Beach and even visit the most well-known markets like Sineu and Sa Pobla.

Das Haus ist gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Terrasse, der Balkon und die ruhige Lage in Can Picafort. Alles war sauber und komfortabel – wir kommen gerne wieder!
