Equipped with a barbecue for outdoor culinary experiences, sun loungers for maximum relaxation, and a table with capacity for 5 people, the terrace becomes the epicentre of unforgettable moments. In addition, a hanging hammock adds a touch of luxury to immerse oneself in the serenity of the surroundings.
This two-storey house has a modern and bright interior design. On the ground floor, the cosy living room has a satellite television for entertainment, and air conditioning to combat Mediterranean temperatures, along with a dining table to share special moments. The kitchen, independent and modern, is a functional and well-lit space that invites culinary creation.
The accommodation consists of three comfortable rooms: a double room with a double bed and a private balcony with a table to enjoy the views, another room with a double bed and a third with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a cool and pleasant stay.
Two full bathrooms, one with a shower on the ground floor and another with a bathtub on the first floor, add comfort and functionality to the house.

CASA SA MARINA is a lovely home with a beautiful terrace with sea view and private swimming pool in Alcudia, just a few steps from the beach. Enjoy a holiday of pool, sun and beach at Casa Sa Marina.
The wonderful terrace has a 2m x 3m swimming pool with a maximum depth of 0.90m surrounded by 5 sun loungers, a table with chairs under an umbrella to enjoy outdoor barbecues and a second terrace on the roof with incredible views of Pollensa Bay beach with a chill-out area and a bar to have a drink while enjoying the sunset.
