Enjoy incredible holidays in this fantastic house near the beach. Take a refreshing dip in the private saltwater pool with a size of 7 x 3.5 metres and a depth between 0.5 and 1.8 metres. Sunbathe on the terrace and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. End the day with a cosy barbecue or a walk along the seafront.

Es hat alle sehr gut geklappt, einfach das Schloss der Eingangstür hat teilweise mit dem Schlüssel nicht funktioniert. Das Haus war toll und hat ein grosses Platzangebot. Kommen gerne wieder.

The house "Can Paris" is located in the northern area of the island of Mallorca. With its saltwater swimming pool (6.5 x 5.5 metres) with an outdoor shower and barbecue, it is ideal for perfect holidays near the beach, just a few minutes from the large tourist beach with white sand and crystal-clear waters.

Francina House is a terraced house with a swimming pool just a few metres from the most beautiful beach in Mallorca: Playa de Muro. It is a very quiet area, but it also has very good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The house has a private saltwater pool measuring 3m x 7m on a very well-maintained terrace, with an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers and umbrellas to sunbathe or rest in the shade, barbecue and a lovely furnished terrace with several tables and chairs to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors.
In turn, the terrace is connected to the living room through two accesses with large windows that let in a lot of light and make the dining room a very pleasant place. Here you will find another large table and a sofa area to watch television with air conditioning. The kitchen, modern and with an American bar, is perfectly equipped.
One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace. The rest of the rooms are on the first floor, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. In total, the house has a bathroom with a shower on the first floor and two upstairs, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. All bedrooms have a double bed. In addition to bath towels, they have pool towels for all guests.
For winter, they will have portable electric radiators. Additionally, in the garage, they can enjoy a magnificent ping pong table.
