"Cristina" is a modern new building right on the 13-kilometer long sandy beach of Alcudia.
The semi-detached house and the beautiful garden with lawn are oriented towards the sea. A sundeck with loungers and direct beach access is just above the beach and protected from outside views. The sea breeze blows your nose. You can also enjoy sea views from the breakfast table on the covered terrace. Children will have fun with the small wooden playhouse. The property also has 4 bicycles that are available for the guests, to explore the island by bike, their use is free of charge.
The modern house is tastefully furnished and has many windows. Nothing is missing. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a high quality kitchen and a living / dining room.
