Description
Casa Francina is a semi-detached house with a pool just a few meters from the most beautiful beach in Mallorca: Playa de Muro. It is a very quiet area, but also has very good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The house features a private saltwater pool of 3m x 7m on a well-maintained terrace with an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers, and umbrellas for sunbathing or resting in the shade. There's a barbecue and a lovely furnished terrace with several tables and chairs for enjoying outdoor breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
Furthermore, the terrace is connected to the living room through two accesses with large windows that allow plenty of light, making the dining and living area a very pleasant space. Here, you'll find another large table and a sofa area with air conditioning for watching TV. The modern kitchen with a breakfast bar is fully equipped.
One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. In total, the house has one bathroom with a shower on the first floor and two more upstairs, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. All bedrooms have double beds. In addition to bath towels, pool towels are provided for all guests.
For winter, portable electric radiators are available. Additionally, in the garage, you can enjoy a fantastic ping pong table.
In general, the house is equipped to ensure you enjoy a perfect vacation on an idyllic island with everything you need. We can't think of a better plan for this year. Book now at the best price!

Posizione ottima per la spiaggia, negozi, passeggiata, zona molto tranquilla e accogliente. La casa è molto grande. Eravamo due famiglie, 8persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Giardino e la piscina sono poi un tocco in più che ha reso felice i nostrsee more

Giardino e la piscina sono poi un tocco in più che ha reso felice i nostri piccoli. Ci è piaciuta anche la doccia prima di entrare nella casa, con l’acqua calda, così ti levi la sabbia. Poi il tavolo da Ping pong nella cantina era piaciuto moltissimo. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Enjoy an incredible vacation in this fantastic home near the beach. Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming saltwater pool with a size of 7 x 3.5 meters and a depth between 0.5 and 1.8 meters. Sunbathe on the terrace and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Round off the day with a cozy barbecue or a stroll along the promenade. The living room is distributed over the ground floor. The upper area of the house is neither developed nor inhabited. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning hot / cold, so that you can also spend the winter here. The living room is comfortably furnished with comfortable sofas, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and all 4 bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. The bathrooms are also spacious. There are 2 baby beds and high chairs available for our younger guests. Playas de Muro, a quiet, family-friendly resort, is an offshoot of the beautiful port of Alcudia. The fantastic, white sandy beach with crystal clear water invites you to swim and sunbathe. An excellent infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired: restaurants, shops, rental cars, bus connections, bike rentals, water sports, etc. The beautiful old town of Alcudia is also worth a visit.10 reviews
