The swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful flowers and vegetation that provide privacy and charm to the surroundings, as well as featuring comfortable sun loungers and ideal spaces to sunbathe and relax under the Mediterranean climate.
Going up the external stairs, you access a second terrace of generous dimensions, equipped with another table and a welcoming sofa area, perfect for enjoying a drink at sunset or sharing pleasant moments in company.
Upon entering the dwelling, we found a spacious and bright dining room with a large table for 8 people, connected in an open-plan layout with the living room. From this room there is direct access to the upper terrace, where there is also a small additional table for breakfasts or moments of tranquillity. The kitchen, fully equipped, offers ample space to comfortably prepare any meal during your stay.
A hallway distributes the rest area. The first room has two single beds of 90 cm and a built-in wardrobe. The second room features a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom and ample storage spaces thanks to its built-in wardrobe and an additional wardrobe located behind the door. On the other side of the hallway there are two more bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds of 90 cm and built-in wardrobes. Between these rooms is a second full bathroom that serves the entire floor.
