Ruhige Lage, toller Außenbereich. Sehr sauber. Zwei große helle Zimmer und Badezimmer. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sind okay. Schöner Wohn-Essbereich.
Die Fenster lassen sich leider nicht alle verriegeln. Daher muss man wenn man das Hausee more

Die Lage war der absolute Hammer,denn es war sehr ruhig und 10 min. von der Strandpromenade entfernt,die das völlige Gegenteil war. Dort konnte man tagsüber baden und shoppen und abends lecker essen. Auswahl ist definitiv vorhanden.

Maylin House is a beautiful house in a residential neighbourhood of the coastal town of Can Picafort. It is located just a few metres from the beach in a very quiet area, and very close to large supermarkets and very good restaurants.
The house has three floors. At the entrance, there is a spacious terrace with two hammocks, sofas to relax outdoors and a great barbecue. In addition, this terrace is connected to two large living rooms that make the house very comfortable and cosy. Both living rooms have a large chaise longue sofa and a large television each. The main living room has a large table for 6 people and connects to the kitchen, fully equipped and with a dishwasher.
On the first and second floors are the bedrooms. There are two rooms with two single beds and another with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and dressing room. In total, the house has two bathrooms with bathtub and a toilet. The latter is on the ground floor. One of the double rooms is on the top floor and has a terrace with sea view.
Both living rooms and the three bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there are portable radiators.
Ultimately, Casa Maylin offers a great opportunity to spend a dream holiday in a beautiful house, tastefully decorated by the owners and designed to have a dream stay.
