On the other side of the terrace protected by a roof is the barbecue next to a table and its chairs.
This cosy house is distributed in a spacious living-dining room where you can relax on its comfortable sofas while watching your favourite programmes on television or sharing chats or games at the dining table. In this space is also the fully equipped kitchen which also has another table with its chairs.
On this floor are the two double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. All spaces have air conditioning.
Its idyllic location allows you to access shopping and leisure areas: shops, cafes, restaurants and places to purchase typical local products. The beach, with crystal-clear waters, is just a 15-minute walk away and you can stroll along the harbour pier full of boats. Its strategic location will allow you to see the beautiful sunrises and go to the most emblematic markets such as the one in Artà and visit the beautiful Capdepera Castle, which is 10 minutes by car.

It’s very clean, well-equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool, sun loungers and terrace with BBQ were perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The location is quiet but still close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We’d defsee more
