The house has a perfect barbecue for grill lovers located outside and a table to enjoy dinner outdoors. Additionally, a fantastic chill-out area to relax.
Likewise, it has a furnished covered terrace that connects directly to the living-dining room.
Inside we find the living room with satellite TV, 2 sofas, air conditioning and a table equipped with chairs to enjoy the delicious meals of Mallorca. The kitchen is ideal for spending the best culinary moments as it is equipped with everything essential.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three of them with comfortable double beds, one with two single beds and the last one with only one bed for greater privacy. Both bathrooms have a bathtub to continue relaxing during the holidays at all times.
The location of the villa is excellent as you can access everything necessary without the need for a car. The central room of the house is the big kitchen where cooking and chating can be done simultaneously. Lastly, the stonewalled BBQ in the big garden is great for dinner outside.
The sea and the sandy beach are only 3 min away. Practically, the Eroski supermarket - only a 5 min walk away - offers everything needed during vacation (even a barber). All togheter this villa is a clear recommendation for families and groups! |

Magnificent luxurious house Xiscama ideal for a peaceful holiday in Alcudia. Located in the Bonaire area, it offers the perfect mix of sea, mountain and tranquillity, just a few minutes' walk from the town of Alcudia.
The house has impressive exteriors and unbeatable views. Xiscama has a high-quality furnished terrace with wooden flooring, a perfect chill-out area for relaxation and a 6x5m saltwater pool with panoramic sea views. On the same floor, the house has a barbecue ideal for perfect culinary moments.
On the upper terrace, we find a sunbed area where you can have fun and relax, taking a peaceful bath or enjoying the sun in summer.
Inside the house, we find a large, well-lit living room equipped with a table for 8 people and a large sofa where you can rest. The kitchen is equipped with everything essential to enjoy holidays without worries. Xiscama has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite.
