The house is distributed over two floors with space for 4 people. Enjoy outdoor meals on the beautiful covered terrace with barbecue. Sunbeds in the charming garden will allow you to tan under the Mallorca sun. Outdoor shower where you can refresh and remove sand when you arrive from the beach, you can dry yourself with one of the beach towels included in the accommodation. Spacious living-dining room with wifi and Smart TV connected to the outdoor area and kitchen.

All air-conditioning remotes but one had empty(used) batteries. We didn’t use air-conditioning, so it was not a problem - just a note for you. |

They awaited our arrival with cold wine and water and fruits, which was very good for us after the long flight. The sea is a 1-minute walk away. Shops and restaurants are everywhere nearby. The beach is white sand, long, has umbrellas and is wonderful. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Lage top, Strand zu Fuss in 5min. erreichbar. Privatsphäre im Garten. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Klimaanalage in jedem Zimmer separat gesteuert. Es waren sogar 2 Sonnenschirme für den Strand vorhanden. Die Musik vom Nachbsee more

This beautiful holiday home is located in a small residential area in Pollença Bay, near the beach on the outskirts of the already well-known and beautiful town of Alcudia.
The outdoor area offers a private pool of 10m x 4m with the option to heat the water for a small additional cost, ideal for enjoying it in all seasons of the year. Around the pool there are several areas: a sunbed area for sunbathing, a grass area, a barbecue area with table and chairs in the shade and a porch at the entrance to the house also carefully furnished by the owner. In addition, the roof offers another area where you can also sunbathe with more privacy and without anyone disturbing you.
In the house you will find a dining room with lots of light and a very comfortable sofa, an independent fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower.
All rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating as well as wifi connection.
The location of the house is ideal for enjoying the tranquillity of the area and the proximity to the town, full of good restaurants, weekly markets and shops with very good local produce.
