Holiday home for 4 people with everything you need for a perfect sun and beach holiday. Ideally located with breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains and only 200 metres from the beautiful beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The house is distributed over two floors and accommodates 4 people. Enjoy al fresco meals on the beautiful covered terrace with barbecue. You can sunbathe under the Mallorcan sun on the sun loungers in the enchanting garden. The outdoor shower allows you to freshen up and remove the sand when you come in from the beach. Dry off with one of the beach towels included in the house.
The spacious living-dining room with Wifi and Smart TV is connected to the outdoor area and the kitchen.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Wake up to with mountain views from the bedroom with a double bed. Two further bedrooms with single beds are located on the first floor next to the bathroom with bathtub. The house also has a separate toilet.

All air-conditioning remotes but one had empty(used) batteries. We didn’t use air-conditioning, so it was not a problem - just a note for you. |

They awaited our arrival with cold wine and water and fruits, which was very good for us after the long flight. The sea is a 1-minute walk away. Shops and restaurants are everywhere nearby. The beach is white sand, long, has umbrellas and is wonderful. I can only recommend it to everyone!

This beautiful holiday home is located in a small residential area in the Bay of Pollença, close to the beach on the outskirts of the well known and pretty town of Alcudia. The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool of 10m x 4m with the option to heat the water for a small additional cost, ideal to enjoy it at all times of the year. Around the pool there are several areas: a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a lawn area, a barbecue area with shaded table and chairs and a porch at the entrance of the house also carefully furnished by the owner. In addition, the roof terrace offers another area where you can also sunbathe with more privacy and without being disturbed. In the house you will find a light-flooded living-dining room with a very comfortable sofa, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower.
