Die Lage ist top! Mitten in der idyllischen Altstadt von Alcudia gelegen, dennoch abends sehr ruhig und somit für Familien mit kleinen Kindern optimal. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit ca. 20 Minuten Weg schnell erreicht.

Welcome to Delights! This charming residence is located in the centre of Playa de Muro and very close to the most beautiful beach in the north of Mallorca.
The property has a private pool strategically located at the back of the house, near the lake canal that runs through the neighbourhood. The 3.3m x 7m pool is designed to enjoy Mallorca's good weather around it, as it has a porch, four sunbeds for sunbathing, an area with a table and six chairs, and also a portable barbecue.
The exterior communicates with the house through several accesses: one direct to the fully equipped kitchen and another direct to the living-dining room and its comfortable sofas. This makes the property a very comfortable and welcoming place.
