At the rear there is another pleasant terrace equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people. This area also has a stone barbecue, sink and worktop, offering a very practical space for preparing meals and enjoying pleasant outdoor dinners during the holiday.
Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a bright, fully equipped living-dining room without air conditioning, with a comfortable sofa and a dining area with table and chairs. The room stands out for its good natural light and offers a comfortable space to rest after a day at the beach or pool.
Next is the kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay and also provided with a practical pantry. From the kitchen itself you can access directly to the outdoor terrace with the dining area and barbecue.

Opposite the bedrooms there is a fully renovated bathroom. The hallway connecting this area also has direct access to the rear garden of the property.
Going up to the first floor, you will find the third bedroom, equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and a full en-suite bathroom, providing greater privacy and comfort. From this floor you also have access to a spacious exterior terrace that surrounds the upper part of the house and has 2 hammocks, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.

The house had everything we needed, and being so close to the beach was a huge bonus, especially with the children. The upstairs terrace was my favourite little spot for some quiet time in the sun. Would happily come back!

Morgens kurz zum Strand spazieren, nachmittags am Pool entspannen, genau so hatten wir uns unseren Mallorcaurlaub vorgestellt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder wählen!

"Can Micalo" is a completely renovated property, minimalist in style, with plenty of natural light and extensive outdoor spaces both facing the sea and at the rear of the house where you will find the beautiful salt-water swimming pool (7m x 3m), with 6 sun loungers in a grassed area, a large wooden table and a furnished terrace also connected to the house, which will make your stay comfortable and pleasant.
This is a house located in the bay of Puerto de Pollensa, facing the sea, with impressive views of the beach and the mountains of Formentor and Alcudia.
