This beautiful holiday home is located in a small residential area in Pollença Bay, near the beach on the outskirts of the already well-known and beautiful town of Alcudia.
The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool of 10m x 4m with the option to heat the water for a small additional cost, ideal for enjoying it in all seasons of the year. Around the pool there are several areas: a sunbed area for sunbathing, a grass area, a barbecue area with table and chairs in the shade, and a porch at the entrance to the house, also carefully furnished by the owner. Additionally, the roof offers another area where you can also sunbathe with more privacy and without anyone disturbing you.
In the house you will find a dining room with plenty of light and a very comfortable sofa, an independent fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.
All rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating as well as wifi connection.
The location of the house is ideal for enjoying the tranquillity of the area and its proximity to the village, which is full of good restaurants, weekly markets and shops with very good local produce.

We had a very relaxing holiday because we could sunbathe by the pool and the area was wonderfully peaceful. Being in Alcudia was a great advantage, as the nearby beaches are beautiful and it’s the perfect place for walking and exploring.

It is a terraced house with a private pool (4m x 2m), in addition to a communal one, on a terrace with everything you need: a fantastic barbecue with its tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor life and sunbeds to sunbathe. The pool has a safety fence to protect the little ones.
The terrace connects to the house through large windows that facilitate the entry of light on the ground floor of the house, where there is a beautiful living-dining room, a toilet and an independent kitchen, fully equipped.
