The heart of the home is its wonderful private outdoor patio. In this pleasant area you will find a spectacular hot tub with capacity for 6 people, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Next to the hot tub there is a spacious outdoor seating area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a large table for sharing meals and dinners outdoors. To the right of the patio is the gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying evenings with family or friends. Additionally, the exterior has an additional full bathroom, a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and direct access to the main rooms of the house.
Upon entering the dwelling, you will find an elegant entrance hall with a small sofa and beautiful Majorcan wooden details that preserve the original essence of the house. Next, you access the spacious interior dining room with a large table for 8 people and direct access to the exterior patio. The day area is completed with a cosy living room with a fireplace connected to a modern open-plan kitchen, separated by a practical American bar with three stools. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has direct access to the patio.
The house is distributed over three floors. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, large wardrobes and private balcony. One of them also has a spacious en-suite bathroom. On this same floor there is a practical work area equipped with a desk, computer and printer, ideal for those who need to work from home during their holidays. You will also find a second full bathroom that serves this floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor.
On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and spacious wardrobes.
