The accommodation itself is furnished in a purist style and is located in a vibrant neighborhood surrounded by various hotels. However, over all, the house has everything it needs.

Very good location, nice and beautiful view. Barbecue was very helpful to cook different kind of meat. When you enter the house had bad smell from drainage system, it is not enough ventilation while windows are closed.

This beautiful holiday home is located in a small residential area in Pollença Bay, near the beach on the outskirts of the already well-known and beautiful town of Alcudia.
The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool of 10m x 4m with the option to heat the water for a small additional cost, ideal for enjoying it in all seasons of the year. Around the pool there are several areas: a sunbed area for sunbathing, a grass area, a barbecue area with table and chairs in the shade, and a porch at the entrance to the house, also carefully furnished by the owner. Additionally, the roof offers another area where you can also sunbathe with more privacy and without anyone disturbing you.
In the house you will find a dining room with plenty of light and a very comfortable sofa, an independent fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.
All rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating as well as wifi connection.
