On the first floor terrace you can sunbathe under the Mallorcan sun or enjoy a glass of wine with the sea breeze. The ground floor terrace is connected to the living room-dining room, providing a large entry of natural light. A large extendable table for 4 people will allow you to enjoy meals with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for culinary moments. On this same floor is the bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you will find the bedrooms, one of them with two single beds, a terrace and equipped with a ceiling fan for your comfortable rest. Bedroom with double bed equipped with air conditioning and a small balcony. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a desk. On this same floor is the second bathroom with shower.
Fully equipped with satellite TV, wifi, dishwasher, air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom, ceiling fan in the twin bedroom and the rest of the fans are available upon request. If you want to travel with a small dog, you can make the request specifying the weight.

This beautiful holiday home is located in a small residential area in the Bay of Pollença, close to the beach on the outskirts of the well known and pretty town of Alcudia. The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool of 10m x 4m with the option to heat the water for a small additional cost, ideal to enjoy it at all times of the year. Around the pool there are several areas: a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a lawn area, a barbecue area with shaded table and chairs and a porch at the entrance of the house also carefully furnished by the owner. In addition, the roof terrace offers another area where you can also sunbathe with more privacy and without being disturbed. In the house you will find a light-flooded living-dining room with a very comfortable sofa, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower.
