Our holiday home, Casa Paqui, is a highly popular vacation house located in Puerto de Alcudia, just a few minutes' walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, Playa de Alcudia. Casa Paqui has become one of our most popular houses, not only for its excellent location but also for providing everything necessary to make your holidays unforgettable.
The house features a pool of 9m x 4m at the foot of a charming wooden porch that provides shade to a large table with 6 chairs for enjoying barbecues on summer evenings or the 6 sunbeds around the pool for sunbathing. At the front of the house, there is another covered terrace with a table and 6 chairs next to a ping pong table.
The interior of the house is well-maintained and lovingly decorated by its owner, Paqui. It boasts a spacious dining and living room with a chaise longue sofa for relaxation and TV viewing, as well as a table for 6 people. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is fully equipped.
Additionally, there are 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. There is another independent bathroom with a shower. The house is equipped with all amenities, such as air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The rooms are decorated with love, radiating comfort.
Eectricity according to consumption 0.25 euros / Kwh. Deposit for this 100 euros/ week.
The local tax and deposit are not included in the price. They must be paid on arrival in cash.

Fabulous pool shaded through the day. Pool toys and table tennis provided. Great outdoor eating areas.
The accommodation is 5 min walk to Spa and Eroski store. 20 min walk to the bars and shops on the strip, 30 min walk to the beach and bars by the harbour. Safe area, plenty of street parking. |

The accommodation was a perfect family holiday home. The photos don’t do it justice, it was a lot larger than we expected. The interior layout was great, the air-con in the bedrooms and living room was a god send and made the hot nights bearable so wsee more

The interior layout was great, the air-con in the bedrooms and living room was a god send and made the hot nights bearable so we could get to sleep without tossing and turning in the heat! The exterior really took this property to the next level with the swimming pool (kids would have happily spent the whole holiday in the pool), built in BBQ and two outside dining tables/areas being where we spent a huge amount of time when we weren’t out and about exploring the local areas. We would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a holiday home away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance to everything Port D’Alcudia has to offer… already thinking about next years trip!

We stayed here during covid times, when the area was very quiet. This suited us really well. The house was really spacious for our 4 teenagers and ourselves, airconditioning in bedrooms and the living room was really great. This house is a great see more

The house was really spacious for our 4 teenagers and ourselves, airconditioning in bedrooms and the living room was really great. This house is a great space for a family - the pool is a really good size, there are several places to eat outside so you can catch a cooling breeze. Our sons appreciated the table tennis table. The kitchen is well equipped for proper family cooking. The owner was really welcoming and helpful. Eroski supermarket and fruit and veg shop just round the corner - Lidl and beach in easy walking distance. We walked to Alcudia old town and the Roman ruins, and of course hired a car to visit mountains and further afield. Alcudia beach is a dream of a beach - long golden sands and very warm water. I recommend a pre-breakfast visit for a swim or a walk, when it is calm and still, mountains in the background, fish swimming around your feet, and no people. Heavenly.

Genügend Sitzplätze und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten in Form von Tischtennisplatte, Dartscheibe, Gesellschaftsspiele, Poolequipment. Die Hausdame, welche sich um das Grundstück kümmert ist sehr freundlich und liebevoll. Diese Unterkunft kann man Familien und Freundesgruppen nur ans Herz legen.
