In fact, it is sufficient if you only take a look at the reviews of the guests who have spent their holidays in this house.
* Flor * is in a perfect location for a wonderful beach holiday. Practically and tastefully furnished, it is built over 2 floors. In the lower area there is a bedroom and a bathroom and in the upper part 3 further bedrooms and a bathroom, the perfectly equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the living room with terrace and a beautiful view of the lake to the right of the house. A mini kitchen has been installed on the ground floor with access to the terrace and the pool area, equipped with a fridge-freezer, sink, microwave and hob.
The saltwater pool provides refreshing baths. The covered terrace with a large dining table provides shade. Here you can enjoy breakfast, barbecue in the evening and sit together in a nice round and let the day fade away. The pool can be equipped with a mobile child barrier, if you need it.
The house is quiet in a dead end, the beach is only a few meters.
Tennis courts are located just opposite, all other sports facilities are also within walking distance.

Located right next to the beach, very clean and big enough for families. There is an Eroski nearby for quick errands and within a few minutes drive you are at Alcudia. The furniture is rather traditional, but we've spent most of our time on the beachsee more
Located right next to the beach, very clean and big enough for families. There is an Eroski nearby for quick errands and within a few minutes drive you are at Alcudia. The furniture is rather traditional, but we've spent most of our time on the beach or the pool anyway. The beds are a little short for tall people, the kitchen well equipped and the pool can be closed for kids. The second downstairs kitchen is a huge plus. We were lucky and the house next door was empty, if occupied, it can be a bit noisy depending on the neighbours. All in all a great Finca.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. We were greeted with a huge plate of fruit, biscuits, wine and a delivery of sweet bread which was lovely. We were 2 families with young children (toddlers and babies). The house was perfect, had great space for dining, playing and relaxing. The pool was enjoyed nearly all day everyday. We made full use of the kitchen and bbq. Ate out on 3 evenings but it was nice to be back at the villa so we could put the children to bed and have a couple of glasses of wine. The showers were lovely and powerful and lots of towels and spares were provided. It was great to have a washing machine with young ones. We had to leave to get our flight at 4am but the family we were holidaying with were leaving at check out time had a nightmare with BA cancelling their flights so we’re late getting sorted. Thankfully the owners were so nice and helpful when they came to clean the house. They were really friendly and understanding. We all thank you for a lovely stay xx

Very child friendly for our 18 month old too. Lovely outdoor area and within flat walking distance to the supermarket, Burger King, a lovely coffee and pastry shop and the beach. Perfect for families and keen cyclists to stay.

Owners of villa came with a delicious pastry dish for us the day before we left.

Only two little thing : a fridge in the laundry room to have easy access to drink when chilling by the swimming pool. The kitchen is far from the swimming pool area.
And a better quality for the extra bed. The beds of the villa are supper but sincsee more
