This elegant holiday villa is located in a small residential development in Pollença Bay, near the beach with a spectacular sea view, on the edge of the already famous and beautiful city of Alcudia.
The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool of 8m x 4m, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture, so you can relax both in the shade on the pleasant terrace and sunbathing. In addition, the terrace has an integrated grill, which is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner with family and friends.
The house is designed with great love for details and high-quality furniture. Upon entering, the elegant staircase leading to the first floor immediately catches the eye. There are four double rooms, all with air conditioning, as well as two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also offer a walk-in closet and an impressive sea view. Air conditioning units are exclusively present in the upstairs bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a cosy living room and very comfortable sofas. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and both rooms are connected to the terrace and, therefore, to the pool directly next to the sea.
The owner provides additional pool towels for all guests.
The location of the house is a privilege: due to its proximity to the sea, to Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. It is also a place where sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing are practiced. A school for these sports is located just a few meters from the house.

It’s a spacious property with great potential for familiesgroups, and we loved having it as our base. There were some maintenance issues during our stay (for example, a tap and shower needing attention, some lighting and furniture to be updated, and a few small comfort details), but the property management team was very professional and assured us these would be resolved. Knowing improvements are underway makes us confident it will be even better for future guests. Overall, despite those minor inconveniences, we had a really positive experience. With such a fantastic location and attentive hosts, we’d happily stay again once the updates are complete.

Wer viel Wert auf Ruhe legt ist hier falsch und sollte sich ein abgelegenes Haus mieten. Für uns als Freundesgruppe aber weniger schlimm, da wir auch immer wieder unterwegs waren. Wenn ich doch was zu meckern finden müsste: wäre klasse gewesen, wenn am Abreisetag jemand gekommen wäre und wir nicht den kleine Umweg zum Büro fahren hätten müssen - aber auch das halb so wild mit Mietwagen :) Sehr gerne wieder! Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und empfehlen auch sehr gerne weiter! Top!

Vi var 6 stk som hadde en fantastisk uke på Mallorca. Huset svarte til forventningene. Godt vedlikeholdt og flott uteområde med eget basseng. Akkurat som på bildene. Det eneste som kan trekke litt ned er er støyende trafikk mellom huset og stranda, msee more
Vi var 6 stk som hadde en fantastisk uke på Mallorca. Huset svarte til forventningene. Godt vedlikeholdt og flott uteområde med eget basseng. Akkurat som på bildene. Det eneste som kan trekke litt ned er er støyende trafikk mellom huset og stranda, men det var vi klar over på forhånd så det gikk veldig fint. Ellers et stille og rolig område med utsikt til surfestrand. Det anbefales å ha leiebil da huset ligger et stykke unna matbutikker og restauranter. Det er kun 1 restaurant i nærheten. Huset ligger ca 1,5 km fra gamlebyen i Alcudia. Vi gikk fine morgenturer til gamlebyen og Alcudia beach hver dag. Alt i alt er vi alle superfornøyde, passet oss utmerket i forhold til våre ønsker og behov. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sehr sauber. Checkin und Checkout völlig reibungslos. Bis in die Altstadt von Alcudia sind es ca. 20 min zu Fuß. In näherer Umgebung gibt es auch leider keine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Strand ist zwar kein Basee more
