This wonderful house has a private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) in its outdoor area, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers so you can relax under the Mediterranean sun and its splendid climate. The terrace, equipped with chairs and a table, is located on the first floor of the house where you can contemplate the surrounding exterior.
On this same floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms have single beds. Next to the bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning.
On the second floor is the main entrance to the house. In this same area is a bright living-dining room with two comfortable sofas, a television and a spacious table ideal for sharing delicious breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped and, like the living room, has direct access to the terrace, which has outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, perfect for enjoying unforgettable meals with family or friends. Both the living-dining room and the kitchen have electric heating.
Moreover, on this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, to ensure maximum comfort.
Just 300 metres away, you will find the Alcanada beach, famous for its transparent waters and the beautiful views towards the lighthouse situated on its small islet. Very nearby, you can also discover several quiet coves, perfect for disconnecting, relaxing under the sun or even engaging in water activities.
In the area, you have two restaurants and a small supermarket, and the renowned Alcanada golf course located just 500 metres away. If you fancy a more lively atmosphere, the Port of Alcudia is a few minutes' walk away and offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops to enjoy both day and night. Next to the Port of Alcudia, you will find the famous Alcudia beach known for its extension and crystal-clear waters.
Pets are permitted with a supplement of 15 euros per night.
