This beautiful house, located right in front of the sea, has everything to ensure the best holidays enjoying the sun and the beach in Mallorca. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and spectacular views of Alcanada beach, staying in this property is an experience that leaves no one indifferent, as this part of the island is characterised by being a very quiet residential area and its beach is one of the favourites among locals, who come to enjoy summer days for the serenity that the place conveys.
It is worth highlighting the spectacular outdoor area of the property, which features, among other things, a large garden meticulously cared for by its owners. This dedication is reflected in its beauty and impeccability: full of grass, palm trees, and a great variety of plants that give it great charm.

The "Golf" house is located in a quiet residential area on Alcanada beach, rarely frequented by tourists and 15 minutes walking from Alcudia Port. You can enjoy its impressive sea views from the garden, terrace, its 5 sunbeds or one of the 3 bedrooms with views. Its barbecue will offer you great moments with family or friends.
During the summer months, there is a pier in front of the house for sunbathing. In addition, they have 3 kayaks, which will allow you to enjoy some sports during your holiday days. It has a covered outdoor area with a barbecue and a table to enjoy outdoor dinners. Also, an outdoor chill-out area with 3 umbrellas and another table to have breakfast while looking at the sea.
The house is distributed over two floors, the 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor, three of the rooms have a double bed and another has two single beds. You will be able to enjoy sea views from 3 of the bedrooms.
The living room has air conditioning, wifi and Smart TV, comfortable sofas to rest and a dining table. The house has 3 bathrooms, two of them with a shower on the main floor and one with a bathtub on the first floor.
The ground floor has recently been renovated. The kitchen offers good facilities and plenty of space to cook comfortably with all the necessary utensils and appliances and a table with chairs. Connected to the kitchen there is an exit to the outdoor area with a barbecue.
The house is located a short distance from the Alcanada golf course. Restaurants and bars just 200 metres away.

Enjoy magnificent holidays at Can Besso, accommodating 8 people with a private swimming pool in Mallorca.
This wonderful house has a private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) in its outdoor area, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers so you can relax under the Mediterranean sun and its splendid climate. The terrace, equipped with chairs and a table, is located on the first floor of the house where you can contemplate the surrounding exterior.
On this same floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms have single beds. Next to the bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning.
On the second floor is the main entrance to the house. In this same area is a bright living-dining room with two comfortable sofas, a television and a spacious table ideal for sharing delicious breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped and, like the living room, has direct access to the terrace, which has outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, perfect for enjoying unforgettable meals with family or friends. Both the living-dining room and the kitchen have electric heating.
Moreover, on this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, to ensure maximum comfort.
Just 300 metres away, you will find the Alcanada beach, famous for its transparent waters and the beautiful views towards the lighthouse situated on its small islet. In the area, you have two restaurants and a small supermarket, and the renowned Alcanada golf course located just 500 metres away. If you fancy a more lively atmosphere, the Port of Alcudia is a few minutes' walk away and offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops to enjoy both day and night. Next to the Port of Alcudia, you will find the famous Alcudia beach known for its extension and crystal-clear waters.
