The terrace equipped with chairs and table is located on the first floor of the house where you can contemplate the surroundings that surround it.
On this same floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two have two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning.
On the second floor is the main entrance to the house. On this same floor is a bright living-dining room with two comfortable sofas, a television and a spacious table ideal for sharing delicious breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped and, like the living room, has direct access to the terrace, which has outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, perfect for enjoying unforgettable meals with family or friends. Both the living-dining room and the kitchen have electric heating.
Moreover, on this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.
Just 300 metres away, you will find Alcanada beach, famous for its transparent waters and the beautiful views towards the lighthouse situated on its small islet. Very nearby, you can also discover several quiet coves, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing in the sun.
In the area, you have two restaurants and a small supermarket, and the renowned Alcanada golf course is located just 500 metres away.
If you fancy a more lively atmosphere, the Port of Alcudia is less than 10 minutes by car and offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops to enjoy both day and night.
