Enjoy unforgettable holidays at the charming rural estate S'Empaltada, located on the outskirts of a picturesque village in the heart of Mallorca.
In the village of Selva, you will find this fantastic estate with capacity for 6 people, surrounded by nature and tranquillity that allows you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in an idyllic setting.
You can relax on its large furnished terrace with a big table to share delicious meals, and then unwind on its comfortable sunbeds around the pool, where you can cool off. Additionally, it features a small chill-out area where you can find complete calm under the trees. Next to the house, there is a fully equipped gym so you can stay in shape even during your holidays.
The house has spacious areas divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a large open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favourite recipes and serve them on its large tables. On this same floor, illuminated by large windows, there is a relaxation area and a large sofa that allows you to rest after a day of excursions. It also has a toilet near the kitchen.
Climbing the stairs, we find on the first floor a second living room with a TV so you can watch your favourite programmes on its large sofas and enjoy the views through the large windows. On this floor we find the bedrooms, two of them with a large double bed and spacious wardrobes, and another with two single beds. All of them have an en-suite bathroom and one of them with a bathtub. The entire house has central air conditioning, adjustable in each room.
Its idyllic location allows you to enjoy a paradise surrounded by nature and mountains, while being close to the town where you can access local shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach, with turquoise waters, is 30 minutes by car. Being in the centre of the island, it also allows you to explore other routes such as hiking trails, from Selva, Lluc a Peu, a famous pilgrimage path to the Monastery of Lluc. You can also visit markets such as the one held every Thursday in Inca, which is 12 minutes by car.
You cannot miss this wonderful opportunity to enjoy a dream holiday on this rural estate with a swimming pool and wonderful views in Mallorca.

A successful holiday is guaranteed for you at our wonderful estate Puig d'en Guardiola, located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains between the villages of Selva and Moscari.
A very special feature of this estate is the beautifully designed outdoor area. Here you can admire a beautiful and typical replicated windmill, enjoy outdoor meals by the barbecue, let your children play in the house's children's park or sunbathe in the 4mx9m saltwater swimming pool, immerse yourself in the water, rest on one of its 8 sunbeds or its Balinese bed. All with impressive views of the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range.
The house, furnished with a high level of Mallorcan style, has space for 8 guests and is distributed over two floors. From any of its covered terraces, you can enjoy good views. It has 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, one en suite, a large kitchen, fully equipped and a cosy living room with Smart TV. Two of the bathrooms have a shower and another has a bathtub.
All rooms have air conditioning and WIFI. On the ground floor, there is a practical bathroom with a dressing room near the pool.
The location in the centre of the island is advantageous. From here the island can be perfectly explored. Cyclists and hikers have the nearby mountains, the most beautiful beaches are about 20 minutes by car, the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is also just 40 minutes away. The two villages Moscari and Selva are just a few minutes away.
