Incredible finca in Mallorca with a large plot of land ideal for relaxing without any worries. The Finca Villa del Nord has a large garden with a 10x5m swimming pool where you can cool off and a sun lounger area under a shady porch.
On the upper terrace you can also enjoy the tranquillity and the beautiful view of the fields and mills of Sa Pobla and the impressive mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana. The lower terrace has a barbecue, ideal for outdoor cooking.
Inside the house there are three bright bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. All bedrooms are double rooms, with parquet floors, large wardrobes and excellent views. The master bedroom has access to the terrace with porch and has a large double bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom with two single beds.
The sofa and dining area are located in a large, open, spacious and modern living room. Satellite TV with over 1,000 channels, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a fireplace are available.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and more kitchen appliances that facilitate self-sufficiency and with which you can enjoy an unrepeatable culinary experience.
The high ceiling construction of the house ensures good air circulation and a cool summer climate inside the house. The good insulation and the modern fireplace ensure warmth and comfort in winter.
Sa Pobla is a municipality in the northern part of the island of Mallorca. The people of this region have always lived mainly from agriculture, so the location of Villa del Nord is ideal to enjoy the tranquillity and authenticity of the Mallorcan countryside. Wir machen seit 7 Jahren Finca-Urlaub und diese Finca ist ein kleiner Diamant. Die Finca ist sehr sauber, total schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Das separate Bad ist sehr groß und bietet genug Platz. Und was wir bisher selten erlebt haben, das große Bett ist nicht durchgelegen, es sind gute Matratzen ausgesucht worden.
Der Pool ist auch wunderschön. Wir haben direkt wieder gebucht für nächstes Jahr. |

Tolle Finca! Sehr gepflegt, sauber und alles da was man braucht. Der Pool wurde 1x in der Woche früh Morgens gereinigt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und schnell. Da wir früh gelandet sind durften wir unsere Koffer schon auf der Finsee more

Wir sind gerade wieder in Deutschland gelandet und müssen hier gleich mal was los werden. Die Finca ist sehr sehr gut! Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn und auch sehr gut geeignet für Kleinkinder, da eine kleine Badeplattform vorhanden ist. Das Haus ist voll Klimatisiert und alle Fenster haben Mosquitonetze. Wir hatten allerdings das erstmal seit Jahren auf der Insel ein paar Mücken mehr. Es gab jeden zweiten Tag frisches Obst vom Hauseigentümer und dann wurde auch immer der Pool gesäubert. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen! Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

"Son Manyo 223" is a large finca with a pool and childrens playground located in a very quiet area just a few minutes from Sa Pobla, a small Mallorcan village to the north of the island, and a few kilometres from Alcudia Beach. The plot, approximately 3,500 m2, is well-maintained and offers expansive areas of lawn. The round pool has a diameter of 6 metres and a depth ranging from 70 to 180 cm. The outdoor area also features a barbecue next to the pool, complete with 6 sun loungers, and its own playground with a slide, swing, and a ping pong table. Additionally, the covered terrace provides a comfortable sofa and a large table for 6 people. The house is modern and of high quality. All rooms are spacious and very bright. The large living room has a comfortable sofa area with satellite TV, a large dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. Of course, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the accommodation. The nearest shops and restaurants are approximately 1.5 km away in Sa Pobla.
