Charming country house in a quiet area of Mallorca, Sa Vela de Son Puig, offers privacy and security in a fenced plot, perfect for families with children. The private 6.5x10m swimming pool and included pool towels ensure fun and comfort.
Ideal house for relaxed and natural holidays with family or friends with a fully equipped open kitchen, bright living room with TV and comfortable sofas, 2 bathrooms, one of them exterior, and cold/heat air conditioning throughout the house for maximum comfort. Two bedrooms with double beds and sunny and shaded corners on the terrace with a Mediterranean touch invite relaxation.
The terraces have a chill out area with a hammock under the shade of the trees to enjoy outdoors while preparing delicious grilled meals on the splendid barbecue and enjoying them at one of its large outdoor tables.
Not far from the farm there is a horse club, which offers horse rides for all levels. The cosy village of Sa Pobla, with its summer festivals, bars, restaurants and the Mallorcan market every Sunday is only 4 km away. Paradise for bathers, the beautiful beach of Muro with its turquoise water is just 7 kilometres from the farm where you will also find leisure areas.
Garage for the car and fenced plot without direct neighbours guarantee tranquillity and safety during your stay.

A szállás szuper volt, igazán otthonosan éreztük magunkat, külön tetszett, hogy nem volt szomszéd. A szállás adta lehetőségek is (grill, medence, nagy közös terek, stb) kiválóak. A kert végéből (és a medencéből) szép kilátás nyílik a hegyekre, ami naplementekor még látványosabb. Gyönyörű homokos strand kocsival max 15 percre. Nagyobb üzletek autóval szintén pár percre találhatóak. A szálláson van egy irtó jófej macska is (csak egy kis szeretetre és némi ételre van szüksége), aki nagyon barátságos, a házba soha nem ment be, a dolgainkat nem rongálta meg. Abszolút tudom ajánlani a szállást. Itt tényleg csak ti vagytok és a természet (ezt érdemes észben tartani, hiszen ebből adódóan sok bogárral, gekkóval találkozhattok az udvaron).

Wenn man einen Pool mit 6x10 m angibt, was eigentlich 60 m2 entspricht, sollte dieser auch annähernd die Größe aufweisen: es waren allenfalls 40 m2!!!
Außerdem sollte in einigen Abständen der Boden des gleichen gereinigt werden!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub. Der Zaun zum Pool war perfekt für einen Urlaub mit zwei Kleinkindern. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und die Kinder hatten einen riesen Spaß im Pool.

Die Finca entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen . Sehr gute zentrale Lage, Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Herrliche Ruhe. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut, sehr schöner Pool und schön angelegter Garten. Die Vermieterin, die wir kennenlernen durften, war sehr nett. Sie kommt alle paar Tage zum Gießen, ist aber sehr diskret und bemüht nicht zu stören. Sie hat uns Melonen und Tomaten aus dem Gemüsegarten hinter dem Haus geschenkt, Danke nochmal, war sehr lecker.
