"Son Manyo 223" is a large finca with a pool and childrens playground located in a very quiet area just a few minutes from Sa Pobla, a small Mallorcan village to the north of the island, and a few kilometres from Alcudia Beach. The plot, approximately 3,500 m2, is well-maintained and offers expansive areas of lawn. The round pool has a diameter of 6 metres and a depth ranging from 70 to 180 cm. The outdoor area also features a barbecue next to the pool, complete with 6 sun loungers, and its own playground with a slide, swing, and a ping pong table.
