Enjoy the beautiful finca La Rosaleda for twelve people, just a few minutes from the village of Pollensa and 6 minutes drive from the beach in the bay of Pollensa.
The well-kept finca, with a large Mediterranean garden, has a 5 x 10 metre saltwater swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with solar cells and outdoor shower. The pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds with towels, an awning and an umbrella for shade. In addition, a covered barbecue area and a ping-pong table make the outdoor experience perfect. There is also a practical outdoor bathroom.
The house is distributed over two floors with 6 bedrooms: on the ground floor there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a living room with satellite Smart TV and a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The first floor has a private entrance, a terrace and is accessed by an external staircase. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and the other four have two single beds each. 3 of the bathrooms have a bathtub and one has a shower.
Very quiet and only a few minutes from the beach this Majorcan finca will offer you a relaxing and restful holiday in the company of your family or friends.

The house is enormous and well equipped to cater for a large number of guests. The pool and surroundings are beautiful with a fantastic outdoor kitchen and fridge. Air con was available in all bedrooms and was effective (some confusion on how to get see more
The house is enormous and well equipped to cater for a large number of guests. The pool and surroundings are beautiful with a fantastic outdoor kitchen and fridge. Air con was available in all bedrooms and was effective (some confusion on how to get it to work at the start but guidebook has good instructions). Location is a 5 minute drive from Pollença / the port so really convenient - also only a few minutes away from two large supermarkets. Overall, we had a fantastic week and would definitely love to return.

6 adults and 5 kids spent 14 lovely days at La Rosaleda. We were looking for a spacious place with a lovely pool and lots of places with shade - and we found it here. The house is big and even with 11 people we never felt crammed. Different places tosee more
6 adults and 5 kids spent 14 lovely days at La Rosaleda. We were looking for a spacious place with a lovely pool and lots of places with shade - and we found it here. The house is big and even with 11 people we never felt crammed. Different places to eat and hang out. There is a separate entrance from the outside to the second floor with 3 bedrooms, a small kitchen/living room and bathroom. In general the bedrooms were spacious and had good matresses. There were new AirCon in all bedrooms. AC had a timer that meant they had to be turned from a central switch on each floor, every 4 hours during day. Supposedly this timer should shut off at night, but our experience was the same at night. We especially loved the pool area with jacuzzi, which was brilliant, and good restaurants, shopping and trails for running are all close.
