Geniessen sie die wunderschöne Finca La Rosaleda, nur wenige Minuten vom Örtchen Pollença und dem Strand in der Bucht von Pollenca entfernt.
Die sehr gepflegte Finca mit ihrem grossen mediterranen Garten besitzt einen Pool von 5 x 10 Metern und einen durch Solarzellen beheizten Whirlpool im Außenbereich. Das Grillhaus mit großer Sitzgruppe und eine Tischtennisplatte machen das Outdoorerlebnis perfekt. Außerdem steht ein praktisches Außenbadezimmer zur Verfügung.
Das Haus bietet auf 2 Etagen 2 seperate Wohneinheiten: Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, 2 Badezimmer (eines en suite), ein Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV und eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Die erste Etage verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, eine Terrasse und ist über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, 1 Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche.
Sehr ruhig gelegen und nur einige Minuten vom Strand entfernt werden Sie auf dieser mallorquinischen Finca die absoute Erholung finden.
Kaution: 300 €, zahlbar per Banküberweisung, rückzahlbar innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Abreise.

We had a great stay at Villa Rosa Leda. The villa was beautiful and the outside bbq / pool area was amazing. We travelled as a family of 5 adults and 5 children and the size of the villa was perfect for us and everyone was able to have their own spacmehr anzeigen

The owner of the villa would come round and ensure the pool was clean most mornings. Location between Pollenca and Pollenca Port is ideal as halfway between both and great restaurants in both areas.

Gorgeous & spacious villa. The pool was fantastic with a built in hot tub (brilliant for my toddler to splash in) and fenced off for safety. Wonderful peaceful location. Jose was a great host - very friendly and helpful.

Have just returned from a week in this beautiful villa. Beautifully kept gardens and exceptionally clean. The pool area is fab, just be sure that you’ve always got footwear on as the flooring is very slippy when wet. Being part of a group and having mehr anzeigen
