Going up the stairs from the living-dining room you will access a spectacular living room with a large sofa and a double rocking chair with impressive sea views, a perfect corner to relax whilst contemplating the Mediterranean landscape. From here, a hallway distributes access to three spacious double bedrooms with double beds and two full bathrooms that serve this floor.
The exterior area has been designed to make the most of the property's privileged surroundings. On the ground floor you will find a pleasant terrace with a comfortable sofa area to relax outdoors. In addition, it has a fully equipped laundry room and an auxiliary room with two showers, ideal for refreshing yourself after a day at the beach. A large outdoor table invites you to enjoy long meals and dinners in the open air.

We absolutely loved the design of this house. It feels elegant without being too formal, and there's so much room to spread out. The upstairs lounge overlooking the sea was easily our favourite spot, especially in the mornings. We also made great usesee more

The upstairs lounge overlooking the sea was easily our favourite spot, especially in the mornings. We also made great use of the outdoor dining area and barbecue. Puerto Pollensa is just a short drive away, which was perfect for evenings out. The road outside can be busy at times, but it didn't spoil our stay. A lovely place for a family holiday.

Besonders schön fanden wir den Außenbereich mit den Sonnenliegen und der gemütlichen Grillecke. Das Meer liegt direkt gegenüber, man muss nur die Straße überqueren. Die Straße ist tagsüber etwas befahren, aber dank der guten Fenster war es im Haus angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
