For those looking for even more relaxation, we have a jacuzzi where you can unwind and let yourself be carried away by the tranquility of the environment.
The exterior of the estate is perfectly created for unlimited entertainment. A tennis court awaits you to challenge your friends or family, while the foosball table and ping pong table offer fun for all ages. Do you prefer to enjoy the outdoors? Our porch, equipped with a generous table for 6 people and an outdoor stone barbecue, is the perfect place to share unforgettable moments around a delicious meal.
The interior of the house reflects authentic Mallorcan elegance. The dining room, connected to the exterior, has a table and comfortable sofas, creating a cozy atmosphere to enjoy meals in company. The kitchen, rustic in style and fully equipped, is the ideal space to experiment with the delicious local gastronomy. The property has 3 cozy bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to guarantee your comfort in any season. One of them offers a double bed, while the other two have twin beds, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. We really enjoyed our stay and the property was great. Good pool and an OK tennis court (bonus) and we really enjoyed our time. The Finca was lovely and welcoming and well-equipped. Any issues (minor) were resolved quickly.

We had a lovely family (grown ups) stay and enjoyed the pool, court and the various dining options. We felt very welcomed and had no significant issues. This is a lovely villa / finca in a good location, about 10-15 mins from Port de Pollenca.

We stayed for 11 days with 2 adults and 4 children. it was a comfortable stay. it was plenty big enough. the outside area was lovely, lots to keep the children entertained so could relax. location is fabulous! 5 mins from two supermarkets, 10 mins frsee more

The management company was extremely helpful and prompt at getting back to us with any queries we had.

Wir waren mit der Familie da und hatten super viel Spaß. Was toll ist, dass für den Pool verschiedene Spielsachen vor Ort sind, dass Schläger und Bälle vor Ort sind und man direkt mit vielen Aktivitäten starten kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Finka ist genauso wie auf den Fotos, alles ist blitzsauber und es ist alles nötige vorhanden, sogar 2 riesengroße Kühlschränke mit Gefrierraum. Sie liegt in einer Siedlung umsäumt von Finkas und es ist absolut ruhig, wenn es einem nicht stört dassee more
Die Finka ist genauso wie auf den Fotos, alles ist blitzsauber und es ist alles nötige vorhanden, sogar 2 riesengroße Kühlschränke mit Gefrierraum. Sie liegt in einer Siedlung umsäumt von Finkas und es ist absolut ruhig, wenn es einem nicht stört das mal irgendwo ein Hahn kräht oder die Schafe auf der Wiese nebenan ihre "Mäh" Rufe abgeben. Man spürt die Natur förmlich, es ist so idyllisch! Wir waren im April da und haben am ersten Tag kurz die Klimaanlage aufgedreht um den Raum zu heizen. Sie funktioniert einwandfrei und ist absolut sauber. Alles ist wunderbar in Ordnung und liebevoll gestaltet. Für die Freizeitaktivitäten stehen Tennisschläger, Tischtennisschläger und noch andere Utensilien zur Verfügung. Das Pool kann man beleuchten und der Tennisplatz ist mit Flutlicht ausgestattet. Ich kann eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen und wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Wir waren Mitte bis Ende März mit 3 Kindern hier im Urlaub.
Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und am Morgen wird man vom Hahn und Truthahn geweckt, nebenan grasen Schafe. Also Bauenhof auf spanisch.

Von der Terasse und dem Pool aus hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf die Berge, leider war die Zufahrt über Pollenca um in die Berge von 8-16 Uhr gesperrt. Das hat uns die Wege länger gemacht. Zum Einkaufen sind es mit dem Auto zum Lidl und Eroski gerade mal 5 Minuten. Der Vermieter war bei Ankunft und Abreise selbst vor Ort und über IPM wurde in der Mitte des Urlaubs sogar nachgefragt ob ein Bettwäschewechsel stattfinden soll. Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder, |

Ein paar Reparaturen im Außenbereich wären nötigt( gerissene Fugen um die Baumgegrenzung oder bröckelnder Putz) und am Tennisplatz die Seiten-Netze erneuert werden. Das ist der Eindruck wie die Bilder versprechen.
