Enjoy this large estate for 12 people with a private pool in the heart of Mallorca, which is characterised by preserving the Mallorcan essence and offering all the comforts for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
It has impressive exteriors with a large private swimming pool of 115 m² where you can enjoy the sun and Mediterranean climate. The spacious porch, which has a large table and a barbecue, allows for wonderful outdoor meals and resting in the shade in the covered parking area.
The house is distributed over two floors, both with access to the outside. On the ground floor you will find a cosy dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and three double rooms with single beds and en-suite bathrooms with bathtub.
On the first floor there is a second lounge with a fireplace, the laundry room, and three other double bedrooms: two with single beds and access to a terrace, and one with a double bed. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The farm is equipped with central cold/heat air conditioning, satellite television, safe, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and WIFI in the living room. Everything necessary to enjoy comfortable and relaxing holidays in an environment full of nature.

On the ground floor, you will find 6 comfortable rooms, each with two single beds, en-suite bathroom and access to the covered terrace. The 6 bathrooms are individually designed and all feature a bathtub.
The first floor impresses with a bright living room and dining room, equipped with a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
