With an incredible 12.5 x 5.5 m pool area with sun loungers and lawn, just a 15-minute drive from the Mallorcan east coast, Sa Pleta is presented. The estate offers various opportunities for relaxation and disconnection in its space. You can play table tennis, swim in its large pool, or exercise on the lawn. A beautiful panoramic view can be enjoyed on both sides of the house.
The house is distributed on a single floor. The stately building offers two separate but interconnected residential units. In the main house, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en suite), a comfortable living room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, modern gas stove, and a large refrigerator - all tastefully and of high quality.
The other apartment within the same estate has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. The house is fully air-conditioned.
Fishing villages like Porto Cristo and S'Illot, and the most beautiful coves in Mallorca, such as Cala Bona, Cala Romántica, and many more, are a short drive away. The highway allows you to reach the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, in less than an hour.

Deposit 500 euros/reservation to be paid by transfer and refunded by transfer within the next 7 days after the departure date.

Maria was such a nice and helpful host. We booked the finca as a family of 10 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect. Playground (children’s play house, swings, slide), donkeys and the nice huge pool made the kids feel directly comfortable. The view ofsee more

Playground (children’s play house, swings, slide), donkeys and the nice huge pool made the kids feel directly comfortable. The view of the nature and surroundings was priceless and the house had perfect rooming for all of us. It is one main house and a side house, we could sit and eat outside every day in the main house. Everything was clean and comfortable. Manacle is worth a visit as well as Cala romantica beaches and sure a lot more. Book it and you will not regret it! Thank you Maria!

Wunderschöne idyllische, moderne Finca am Rande von Manacor in mitten der Natur. Es ist alles in der Finca vorhanden, auch der neue Anbau lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar, da ersee more
