¡Holidays surrounded by nature! This cosy and spacious house will make your rest an idyllic and tranquil vacation. Can Bielo is surrounded by green meadows, almond and olive trees, and features a large swimming pool to cool off and spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
The house has a 8m x 4m large outdoor pool, surrounded by tall palm trees and nature, offering the possibility to sunbathe while enjoying a refreshment and relaxing on one of its eight available loungers. Additionally, you can find various relaxation areas outdoors or share pleasant moments with family or friends while enjoying a glass of wine.
The outdoor area has a covered porch with a spacious table and 8 chairs where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast while experiencing the morning breeze. Preparing a delicious barbecue on the outdoor grill completes a pleasant evening with friends and family. How about a game of table tennis? The house provides enough space for families with children, and the little ones can have fun playing on the beautiful and well-maintained green lawn.
With capacity for 8 people, it is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other two consist of two single beds each. The ground floor bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. The other bathroom and the remaining 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a third full bathroom outside, located in the terrace area.
A fully equipped kitchen allows you to venture into preparing some Mediterranean-style recipes and enjoy them on the spacious covered terrace. Inside, there is also a table equipped with 8 chairs. Furnished in detail with air conditioning throughout the accommodation, Smart TV, wifi, a newly renovated kitchen... Ideal for a perfect vacation.
The village of Lloret de Vista Alegre is about 5 minutes away by car. Located in the centre of the island, the property is an excellent starting point for excursions and walks in the city of Palma de Mallorca or any of the coasts. All the beaches on the island are easily accessible.

Wir sind als Familie mit 7 Erwachsene und einem kleinen Hund angereist. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider sind es ca. 40 Minuten bis zum Meer (Alcudia). Aber wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen, können sie also wirklich empfehlen. Wir haben die Tischtennisplatte und den Kicker viel genutzt. Vielen Dank Juan!

Die Finca hat eine super Lage in der Mitte von Mallorca. Ideal um in jede Richtung Ausflüge zu planen oder zu den verschiedensten Stränden zu fahren. Alles was man benötigt ist in der Finca vorhanden und der Pool hat eine ideale Größe. Supermarkt undsee more
Die Finca hat eine super Lage in der Mitte von Mallorca. Ideal um in jede Richtung Ausflüge zu planen oder zu den verschiedensten Stränden zu fahren. Alles was man benötigt ist in der Finca vorhanden und der Pool hat eine ideale Größe. Supermarkt und Resturants sind gut zwischen 10-20 Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Die Finca kann man nur empfehlen und die Gastgeber Maria und Juan sind sehr um Ihre Gäste bemüht, sollte mal etwas fehlen und/oder kaputt gehen. Bei uns war es die Kaffeemaschine, welche sofort durch eine neue ersetzt wurde. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und ist sehr sauber. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind ausreichend vorhanden bzw. ist alles auf bis zu 8 Gäste ausgelegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüllt und einen super Urlaub in der Finca verbracht. Wir waren mit 5 Personen (2 Eltern, 3 erwachsene Kinder) um die Sonne zu tanken, Ruhe zu genießen und etwas zu erleben. Mit Auto ist das alles problemlos zu machen: 25 Minuten bis Palma, 20 Minuten bis Inca (Markt und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) undsee more
Wir waren mit 5 Personen (2 Eltern, 3 erwachsene Kinder) um die Sonne zu tanken, Ruhe zu genießen und etwas zu erleben. Mit Auto ist das alles problemlos zu machen: 25 Minuten bis Palma, 20 Minuten bis Inca (Markt und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und 20 Minuten bis ans Meer. An der Finca und ihrer Außenanlage gibt es nichts zu meckern, es ist alles in einem tadellosen Zustand und hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gepflegt und der Poolbereich traumhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Der Vermieter Juan ist sehr nett und immer darum bemüht, dass der Pool tiptop in Ordnung und sauber ist. Wir haben uns während dieser drei Wochen sehr gut erholt und uns wohl gefühlt. Wir würden die Liegenschaft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Discover the serenity of our beautiful Finca Can Maria Costitx, a rural finca in the heart of Mallorca that offers you an unforgettable holiday! Just minutes from the charming village of Costitx, this accommodation is the perfect retreat to enjoy the sun, pool and barbecue in an authentic Mallorcan setting. In the heart of Mallorca, just a few minutes from Costitx, lies the beautiful estate of "Finca Can Maria Costitx", along with its neighbor "Can Maria", which can be rented together or independently. The two residential units and their gardens and pools are separate and solely for the respective tenant. The exquisite garden of the finca features artificial grass surrounding a 7m x 3m swimming pool, creating a totally private and sunny environment. Equipped with 6 sunbeds and two sunshades, the pool has depths from 0.95m to 1.75m and is the ideal place to cool off. The pool and lawn area is separated from the terrace by a wooden fence, making it a safe place for children. In this area you will find a wooden table for 8 people, a barbecue and a bench under a parasol, creating a rustic and charming space to enjoy meals in the sun and refreshing dips in the pool. The interior of the house, which consists of a ground floor and first floor, has an authentic Mallorcan atmosphere with its rustic decoration, stone walls, beams and fireplace.
