The interior of the house is composed of a cosy dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, two of them with a comfortable double bed, distributed on the ground floor of the house. In addition, it enjoys two bathrooms, one of them en suite for greater privacy, and air conditioning for a pleasant environment.
Located in the heart of Mallorca, Sa Tanqueta allows you to easily access the various attractions of the island. Just 20 minutes from the famous Alcudia Beach, known for its extensive white sandy beach of over 10 km.

Die Finca ist im typischen mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Outdoorkitchen ist klasse, wir haben immer nur draußen gekocht. Der Pool ist super für groß und klein.
Der Besitzer stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Einsee more

Der Besitzer stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde umgehend behoben. |

"Can Caragol", located in the countryside near the town of Inca, has several terraces and rest areas, a wonderful Balinese bed, a private pool (4 x 2.5 metres) and sun loungers at your disposal. The spacious garden with lawn, palm trees and a large amount of vegetation. In the outdoor area, there is also a rustic charcoal grill where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue in the open air.

The living room and 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite television. Thanks to the smart TV, you can enjoy programs such as Netflix or HBO. The WIFI works perfectly throughout the house and also in the outdoor area.
The farm is located less than 3 kilometres from Inca, with various shops and restaurants. Every Thursday the weekly market of Inca takes place. The good motorway connection from Inca leads to Palma and the northern beaches of the island in 25 minutes.
