This rustic house, surrounded by nature and at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, has a private 5m x 10m swimming pool with an umbrella, and 12 sun loungers, a table for having an aperitif, barbecue, furnished terrace and ping pong table. A space designed for disconnection and to enjoy incredible holidays with panoramic views.

This estate with a carefully maintained style and beautiful gardens with a private pool is located in a quiet area.
"Can Caragol", located in the countryside near the town of Inca, has several terraces and rest areas, a wonderful Balinese bed, a private pool (4 x 2.5 metres) and sun loungers at your disposal. The spacious garden with lawn, palm trees and a large amount of vegetation. In the outdoor area, there is also a rustic charcoal grill where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue in the open air.
The house is composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and bathtub, and the other two rooms with two beds each that can use the other bathroom with shower. The spacious kitchen open to the dining room is fully equipped.
The living room and 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite television. Thanks to the smart TV, you can enjoy programs such as Netflix or HBO. The WIFI works perfectly throughout the house and also in the outdoor area.
The farm is located less than 3 kilometres from Inca, with various shops and restaurants. Every Thursday the weekly market of Inca takes place. The good motorway connection from Inca leads to Palma and the northern beaches of the island in 25 minutes.
