Fantastically located property between fields and vineyards in the southeast of the island of Mallorca. Large and stately, the 280 m² house is the centre of the 50,000 m² estate.
The entrance path to the estate is already impressive, lined with pine trees and majestic palm trees. Cars can be parked in the garage in the shade. A children's playground offers fun for our young guests. Lemon trees decorate the esplanade of the large house. Surrounding it is a well-maintained garden, whose heart is the large terrace for sunbathing with an integrated salt-water pool for pleasant refreshment. The pool measures 10 x 5 and impresses with its decorative blue mosaics and a staircase for easy entry. There is also an outdoor bathroom next to the pool. A sufficient number of sun loungers and parasols contribute to the pleasure of swimming and sunbathing. A covered terrace, an outdoor brick barbecue and the small outdoor kitchen promise an excellent lunch or dinner outdoors. The best way to buy fresh fish, meats and fresh vegetables is at the weekly market in Felanitx, one of the most beautiful on the island.
The interior area of the property is in no way inferior to the exterior area. The generously decorated rooms with noble high-quality materials, harmonious furnishings and affectionate decoration immediately put the visitor in a holiday mood with great character to feel at ease. The fully equipped country kitchen is integrated into the typical Majorcan living-dining room decorated with natural stone walls and rustic wooden beams. A guest toilet is available in this area. On the ground floor there is also an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a small private sitting room. On the upper floor there is another suite and 2 further double bedrooms.
All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and are equipped with private showers.
The service and hospitality of the owners leave nothing to be desired. The entire property is very well maintained, and there is also a complete change of towels and bedding once a week. So it is no wonder that this holiday property is always very well booked, especially by repeat guests!
