The exterior of the estate is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. It has a private saltwater swimming pool (7.5 m x 3.5 m), surrounded by 8 comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.
Moreover, it has a children's area for the little ones and a ping pong space for everyone's entertainment. The barbecue area with a table for 8 people allows enjoying outdoor meals in a natural environment. In the upper area, a chill out zone with views of the pool offers the perfect corner to disconnect at sunset.
The interior of the house is distributed on a single floor, which makes it practical and accessible. The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, equipped with air conditioning, fireplace and satellite television, and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen to cover all your culinary needs. The property has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with quality mattresses that guarantee rest during holidays: 3 bedrooms with double bed and one with two single beds of 90 cm. It has 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite within a bedroom with double bed.
Located in a rural and peaceful area of Muro, this estate is just a few minutes by car from Can Picafort, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Mallorca. There you can enjoy its white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, as well as a wide range of restaurants, shops and seaside activities.

The house is located in a quiet rural area near Muro, which was ideal for a few relaxing days away from the busy tourist spots. The surroundings are peaceful, and it only takes a short drive to reach the beaches of Playa de Muro or Can Picafort.

The finca is well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the private pool, the outdoor seating area with a barbecue, and the fact that the house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The kitchen had all the basics, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Overall, it's a nice option for families or small groups looking for a quiet base in the countryside, not far from the coast. |

Wir haben ein paar ruhige Tage in Ca Na Pepa verbracht und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich fand die Lage ideal – abseits vom Trubel, aber trotzdem war man schnell an den Stränden oder im Ort. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gepflegte Garten mit dem Poosee more

Besonders gefallen hat uns der gepflegte Garten mit dem Pool, und abends konnten wir schön draußen sitzen. Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Für einen entspannten Urlaub auf dem Land genau das Richtige.
