The exquisite garden of the estate features artificial grass around a 7m x 3m swimming pool, creating a completely private and sunny environment. Equipped with 6 sun loungers and two umbrellas, the pool with depths from 0.95m to 1.75m is the ideal place to cool off. The pool and grass area is separated from the terrace by a wooden fence, making it a safe place for children. In this area you will find a wooden table for 8 people, a barbecue and a bench under an umbrella, creating a rustic and charming space to enjoy meals in the sun and refreshing swims in the pool.
Inside the house, which consists of a ground floor and first floor, a truly Mallorcan atmosphere is breathed with its rustic decoration, stone walls, beams and fireplace. The living room has a sofa, dining table for 4 people and satellite television. Near the fireplace, there is a bench on the wall and a lamp, perfect for quiet readings by the fire. The kitchen, integrated into the living room with a bar, is fully equipped with everything necessary.
On the ground floor, you will find a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Going up to the first floor, you will discover 3 more rooms with single beds, one of them with the beds together, creating a King Size bed. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning and windows that allow perfect luminosity. Wifi is available throughout the accommodation.

Juan and Miguel are wonderful hosts and were very helpful and so kind. They make your stay even more special. The villa is clean and so comfortable with everything we needed. The pool was lovely and the whole house and garden areas were really prettysee more

The pool was lovely and the whole house and garden areas were really pretty. The location is quite remote but this is what we were looking for as the peace and tranquility was welcomed. There was plenty do and see nearby as we had hired a car for this expectation. We have older children but it would also be perfect for a young family as the pool and garden areas would be very safe with a small gated area around the pool. The villa had all we needed and was well equipped. We visited Palma old town and Alcudia old town which were approx 30 mins drive away so easily accessible and then it was lovely to return to the peaceful villa in the evenings. Thankyou to the hosts who have made this a beautiful place to stay and for their responsiveness and kindness.

Het was schoon, comfortabel en voorzien van alle gemakken die we nodig hadden. Bovendien is de locatie ideaal als je het hele eiland wilt verkennen. We kunnen dit verblijf van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een leuk huis op Mallorca!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Der Eigentümer bringt einem regelmäßig frische Eier von seinen eigenen Hühnern. Auch die gesamte Anlage mit dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt und reinlich. Wir waren schon einmal hier und wersee more

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Anwesen. Herzliche und zuvorkommende Eigentümer, die sich stets um das Wohlergehen der Bewohner sorgen. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Es liegt im Landesinneren aber mit einem Auto ist alles super zu erreichen. Palma z.B. in esee more

There is a third full bathroom outside, located in the terrace area.
A fully equipped kitchen allows you to venture to prepare some Mediterranean-style recipe and enjoy it on the wide covered terrace. Inside, there is also a table equipped with 8 chairs.

The village of Lloret de Vista Alegre is located about 5 minutes by car. Located in the centre of the island, so the estate is an excellent starting point for excursions and walks through the city of Palma de Mallorca or to any of the coasts. All the beaches on the island are easily accessible.
