The exterior of the property is simply lush, with an 8m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by 6 comfortable hammocks, creating the perfect setting to relax under the Mediterranean sun. The pool area includes a cosy stone barbecue area with a table for 6 people, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and family gatherings. Additionally, in the upper outdoor area, you can enjoy infinite views of nature and the mountains, with another table for 6 people, perfect for sunset dinners.
The single-storey layout of the house provides comfort and accessibility. The bright dining room, which connects with the outside, features comfortable sofas that offer a relaxing space with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the living room, with a large table for 6 people. Both the dining area and the kitchen are equipped with 1 shared air conditioning unit to guarantee a comfortable experience at any time of year.

Perfekte Lage für uns, nach Alcudia 15 Minuten und nach Palma 35 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 Minuten Minuten in Sa Pobla entfernt.

Die Lage ist super, da es sehr ruhig ist und man mit dem Auto trotzdem schnell auf der Autobahn ist und praktisch alle Teile der Insel in weniger als 1,5 Stunden erreichen kann. Das Haus ist fußläufig zu dem schönen Ort Buger, wo es ein paar kleine Lsee more
Die Lage ist super, da es sehr ruhig ist und man mit dem Auto trotzdem schnell auf der Autobahn ist und praktisch alle Teile der Insel in weniger als 1,5 Stunden erreichen kann. Das Haus ist fußläufig zu dem schönen Ort Buger, wo es ein paar kleine Läden, eine Bäckerei, Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und die Kommunikation, sowie Check-In und Check-Out mit dem Besitzer lief trotz Sprachbarriere unkompliziert ab. Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen.

The cosy farmhouse "Ses Planes" offers a quiet and secluded refuge with impressive views of the traditional Mallorcan countryside, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation.
With several terraces and comfortable seating, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a glass of wine or organise exciting barbecues with loved ones. In addition, the mobile ping-pong table and the 7x3m swimming pool provide additional fun. You can also enjoy your stone terrace equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas to relax outdoors surrounded by olive trees, lemon trees, almond trees... it leaves nothing to be desired.
With the natural stone feature and Mallorcan charm, the interior of the estate continues. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with its Mallorcan style, connected to the dining room, inviting you to cook and dine together. Additionally, on this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a toilet. You can spend romantic hours by the fireplace, a corner of comfort. You feel as if transported to the previous century. With this holiday home, you rent a small masterpiece thanks to the old flour mill that adds originality and warmth to the atmosphere.
Upstairs is the living room with a comfortable sofa, another fireplace, satellite TV and a bathroom in addition to three more bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the others with two single beds each to be able to enjoy even more privacy.
Located near the town of Búger and a short drive from Palma and the Bay of Alcudia, the estate offers easy access to typical Mallorcan architecture, bars, supermarkets and beautiful natural landscapes. The Serra de Tramuntana is very close by and attracts hikers and cyclists. Located in Buger, in the heart of Mallorca, this estate offers accommodation for up to 6 people, a private 10x5 m swimming pool and panoramic views of the island.
Upon entering the estate, you will be received by an impressive rustic house surrounded by a lush lawn and an inviting swimming pool. The pool is equipped with 6 comfortable sunbeds to enjoy the warm Mallorcan sun. Next to the pool, you will find a covered area with a table and benches, a ceramic barbecue for family gatherings and refreshing outdoor bathrooms. Additionally, there are armchairs to relax and an outdoor shower. Complete your experience on the spacious terrace on the first floor with a parasol and a table for 6, offering idyllic views of the surrounding nature.
Inside, a spacious entrance hall welcomes you with enough armchairs for everyone's comfort.
