This cosy accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area, in Puerto de Alcudia, a few minutes walking from the beautiful and famous crystal-clear water beach.
The apartment has two terraces, one at the front and another at the back, both furnished with two hammocks and a table for 4 people, to be able to enjoy the good weather in Mallorca and be able to live outdoors. In addition, it belongs to a complex with a large communal swimming pool with a diving board and a large grass area. The pool is open from March to November. In the accommodation, you will find both bath and pool towels.
The house has a spacious living-dining room with plenty of light, due to its direct access to one of the terraces. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, making it a very cosy home. In addition, there are two double bedrooms, one of them with direct access to the second terrace, and a bathroom.
Without a doubt, Avus is a perfect option for an incredible holiday in the north of Mallorca without the need to rent a car, as both good bars and restaurants and supermarkets are located in the surrounding streets.

We had a wonderful time staying here. We had a spacious bedroom each with comfortable double beds, which is quite unusual for the price. The apartment had everything to spend time home from home with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom, and csee more
We had a wonderful time staying here. We had a spacious bedroom each with comfortable double beds, which is quite unusual for the price. The apartment had everything to spend time home from home with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom, and comfy sofa. The aircon was really efficient too.The outside terraces were great as I have some mobility issues and it's all on one level, with lovely new sunbeds, umbrella and large table and bbq. The kind host provided a few items like milk, wine, juice and cake to tide us over till we went to the shop. The pool is brilliant, it was a nice temperature and in a great location to pop in and out to cool off as the weather was so hot. The area is brilliant for the beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, but set back enough to be quiet and peaceful. The buses run from the bottom of the road along to the old town and a variety of other destinations, including the airport. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend this brilliant apartment.

We were able to sign into Netflix, but it would have been nice to have a few English channels on the TV.
An abrasive sponge for washing up would be useful and a couple more loo rolls!
This is not a criticism and in no way spoilt our enjoyment!

Our apartment was on the ground floor, spacious and clean, with a well- equipped kitchen ( thanks for the nespresso capsule coffee machine!) It also has a dishwasher and a washing machine. We could eat outside on a small patio and take the sun there. The only drawback are the non- existent mosquito nets...you can always do with them! ..and we were hoping for some spare rubbish bin satchelsa roll of toilet paper...we got it in the nearby Lidl, though. Otherwise our stay was great and we really took a rest

The only cons, its would benefit from a new fridge as it was very noisy and made funny sounds throughout the night and two slightly better beds. Certainly not awful but for the price of the apartment I think that is a worthy investment / upgrade.

The apartment had everything we needed for a few days away. There was a lovely selection of treats for us on arrival. It was clean and the beds comfortable.
We came out of season so the beach bars were closed but we didn't mind the walk up to the posee more

We came out of season so the beach bars were closed but we didn't mind the walk up to the port, which takes 15-20 minutes. We requested an early check in but there was someone staying before us. Antonio messaged us as soon as the apartment was ready so we didn't have to wait until 4pm. |
