This cosy accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area, in Puerto de Alcudia, a few minutes walking from the beautiful and famous crystal-clear water beach.
The apartment has two terraces, one at the front and another at the back, both furnished with two hammocks and a table for 4 people, to be able to enjoy the good weather in Mallorca and be able to live outdoors. In addition, it belongs to a complex with a large communal swimming pool with a diving board and a large grass area. The pool is open from March to November. In the accommodation, you will find both bath and pool towels.
The house has a spacious living-dining room with plenty of light, due to its direct access to one of the terraces. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, making it a very cosy home.
