“Puesta de Sol” is a renovated holiday apartment with a large terrace right on the natural beach, with a wonderful view of the bay and the port of Pollença — here it will be impossible not to switch off during your vacation! The old town of Alcudia is just 5 minutes away by car. You can enjoy pleasant barbecues on the covered terrace with sea views or relax on one of the sun loungers.
The spacious living area, open to the kitchen, is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi. In addition, the living room has another table and chairs for indoor dining, if desired.
The apartment is equipped for 6 people. It is clean, comfortable and has a well-kept style. It is spread over a single floor with three bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms with showers make your stay much more pleasant.
Quiet area ideal for long walks along the coast with breathtaking views of Pollença Bay to Cap de Formentor. Shops, restaurants and many tourist attractions are nearby.

The apartment “Concha” is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is located right by the marina of Puerto Alcudia and offers a wonderful view of the water — even while having breakfast on the terrace, you can watch the boats passing by and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The location couldn't be better: Right on the beach promenade and only 200 meters from the fine sandy beach of Alcudia, you can dive into the warm, turquoise water at any time or take a leisurely stroll along the harbor.
