Fantastic fully equipped apartment in Puerto de Alcudia, ideal for enjoying a seaside holiday. Its spacious balcony with mountain views in the background, its excellent location just a few steps from Alcudia beach, the building with lift and its comfortable interior make it the perfect choice for families and groups seeking rest and comfort in Mallorca.
Upon entering the apartment, we find a fully equipped kitchen on the left-hand side, prepared with everything necessary for cooking during your stay. On the right-hand side is the bright living-dining room, a spacious and welcoming space with direct access to the large private balcony. From here you will be able to enjoy pleasant mountain views whilst sharing breakfasts, lunches or dinners outdoors thanks to the available table and chairs.
From the living room, you access a hallway that distributes the different rooms of the dwelling. The apartment has three bedrooms. Two of them have built-in wardrobes: one equipped with two single beds and another with a comfortable double bed. One of these rooms enjoys views of the external balcony, whilst the other has a window facing the quiet interior courtyard of the building. The third bedroom also has a window overlooking the interior courtyard, providing a peaceful environment for rest.
In the centre of the hallway there is a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The location is one of the great attractions of this accommodation. Situated just behind the main street of Puerto de Alcudia, you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops just a few metres away. Elegimos este apartamento principalmente por estar cerca de la playa y fue todo un acierto. Viajábamos con niños y poder salir de casa y llegar andando a la playa de Alcudia en pocos minutos nos facilitó muchísimo las vacaciones.

Elegimos este apartamento principalmente por estar cerca de la playa y fue todo un acierto. Viajábamos con niños y poder salir de casa y llegar andando a la playa de Alcudia en pocos minutos nos facilitó muchísimo las vacaciones.
El apartamento tiene bastante espacio para una familia y la cocina está bien equipada. También agradecimos tener supermercados muy cerca para hacer pequeñas compras durante la estancia. Por las noches salíamos andando a cenar por Puerto de Alcudia, donde hay muchísimos restaurantes para elegir. Unas vacaciones muy cómodas, prácticamente no necesitamos utilizar el coche. Repetiríamos. |

Bäcker, Supermarkt, Geschäfte und zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und alles ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Strand von Alcudia läuft man ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist zweckmäßig und komplett ausgestattet, bietet drei Schlafzimmer und ausreichend Platz. Nach einem langen Tag am Meer war es schön, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die zentral in Port d’Alcudia wohnen und Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe haben möchten. |

We loved our stay here! We had coffee outside every morning and a glass of wine in the evening.
The apartment felt bright and spacious and having three separate bedrooms worked perfectly for our group. The lift was also a nice bonus when arriving wisee more

The location is very central in Port d’Alcudia, so there’s always somewhere nearby to grab breakfast, have dinnerdo some shopping. And the beach is incredibly close! Great apartment and a really enjoyable stay in Mallorca. |

This charming sea-view apartment is located on the first floor of a small complex with a lift and a large communal swimming pool with sun loungers and lawn right in front of Alcudia Port beach.
The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa for watching television, another dining table for 4 people inside and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.
Additionally, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. You will find beach towels as well as bath towels on the floor.
The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is peaceful, but in the vicinity there are shops, bars, restaurants, the seafront promenade, the port and countless leisure activities (bicycle rental, boat trips, etc.).
